Great first view of Lisbon - Melanie told us so many stories about Lisbon's history and gave us so much helpful and interesting information! It was a great way to spend our first day here, after which we felt we knew the layout of the city much better. Be aware that a tuk tuk is a very bumpy ride since all the streets are cobblestone.

Tuk Tukking through Lisbon! - We had an exciting adventure on our first Tuk Tuk ride with our guide and new friend JF (Joào) in Lisbon!! Learned about some of the history of this beautiful city and made some great scenic stops for photo ops. We highly recommend this tour if you have a spare three hours on your visit. Ask for JF (Joào) if possible. He was a great guide. Five stars all the way!

Rainy Day ride - We had perfectly awful weather...rain, cool, breezy. But our Tuk Tuk guide, Melanie, was wonderful, helpful, patient, knowledgeable, exuberant, gregarious, humorous and basically full of life.

Amazing. Best way to see this beautiful city - What an amazing guide. So knowledgeable and kind. He went out of his way to show us as much as possible. Even stopped so that we could pop into the cork shop and Starbucks. Thank you for sharing so much history and knowledge with us about your beautiful city

Wonderful Overview of the City - We saw so much of Lisbon in less than four hours! Victor, our guide, brought us to key overlooks on several of Lisbon's hills so we could truly "soak up the sights" and take some terrific pics. Victor provided interesting commentary and answered all our questions. This was a great way to get an overview (figuratively and literally) of the city and decide what areas we wanted to explore further.

Good family-friendly and comfy sightseeing option. - Excellent way to see all of Lisbon, with a comfy setting. Like the fact that the Tuk-tuk is electric, so no rattling engine. Particularly good for the smaller inner tourist spots with the very steep lanes/streets. Good overall knowledge too, and handy for general advice on what to see and where to eat after the tour was finished.

Tuk Tuk and Local Cuisine - Joanna and Ihad an amazing half-day Eco Tuk tour with Joao and couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Joao was not only knowledgeable about all the historical sites we visited, but he has a background in archaeology which was helpful as well! Joao was also incredibly warm, welcoming, and personable. He made us feel right at home and even offered to customize the tour to fit our interests. One of the after Tuk Tuk highlights was his recommendation of a local Portuguese restaurant, Ze da Mouraria, that he frequents, and the food was absolutely delicious! I highly recommend his services for anyone looking for a unique, informative, and enjoyable tour. We highly recommend requesting him.

You'll learn more about Lisbon on a free tour - The organiser contacted me the day before our tour to let me know that we had to meet in a difference area because of events in the city. When we met Gabby, our tour guide, she told us then that we couldn't go to Belem because of these events that blocked the streets. She offered to take us the next day, but we had allocated the day of our tour to go to Belem. Plus, we did not want to pay more for what should have been included in our original tour. Plus, Gabby was basically a taxi service. She gave us some information on where we went, but she said that she had to stay with the Tuk Tuk so she would drop us off and we had to go and see the sites ourselves. She got out once to take photos of us. I would have thought that a properly organised tour would have identified legal and safe parking areas for the Tuk Tuks. This tour was in December, low season, I cannot imagine how little a tourist would get to see when it is high season. We felt ripped off. We actually learned more about Lisbon on our 2 hour FREE walking tours!!!
