You’ll be taken around the stunning districts of Alfama, Chiado and Baixa and get to cycle by infamous Lisbon landmarks such as the Sé de Lisboa Cathedral and many more. Ascend to the city’s loftiest locations like the National Pantheon and the São Vicente Monastery, and relish in the extraordinary 360 - degree vistas of Lisbon’s charming cityscape.
Our guides aren’t simply tour guides —they are local lore enthusiasts with a zeal for imparting the historical and cultural import of our city and its vibrant present.
- Participants should be confident bike riders. Lisbon’s old town has steep hills and narrow streets.
- Minimum of 2 people to operate this activity. Adult pricing applies to all travelers.
- All participants must have a minimum of 1.5meters (4.9 feet) - MANDATORY REQUIREMENT - and a maximum of 118Kg (260.14 pounds).

Adventure on wheels - This was great. It’s probably better if you have ridden an e-bike before (I needed some time to overcome my fear as a first time ebike rider). Our guide Ziad was so kind and patient with two “older” women learning on the spot. Seeing Lisbon this way is pretty amazing. Going up the steep hills with a motor is great and you’ll see fantastic views at the top. Just be ready to descend those same hills on the way back. My brakes got a tremendous workout. Really fun activity!

Fantastic tour and exceptional guide - If touring Lisbon, I strongly urge you to check out Boost Portugal, Urban Thrills. I'm glad I did some research to find a top rated tour company and they did not disappoint. The eBikes were in tip-top shape and we had the opportunity to ride around the commerce square and get used to them. Our guide, Peter Merdes was nothing short of phenomenal - a wealth of knowledge with lots of experience leading tours. After the tour he even pointed us to the correct tram and where to get tickets for us to get out to Belem. I strongly suggest Boost Portugal and tour guide Peter Merdes

Hitting the Hills with Pedro! - This tour is a great way to save yourself having to walk the hills and discover sites on your own. Our guide was the fabulous Pedro Vinicius. He made sure we were all familiar with the operation of the e-bike and we were comfortable riding them. Along the way he made sure the group was together. At each stop Pedro gave us good history of where we were and of Lisbon itself. We began inThe Praça do Comércio, and also covered Lisbon Cathedral, National Pantheon and Graças Viewpoint – Nossa Senhora do Monte,(great view) I'm an avid cyclist but had never ridden an e-bike. I was so thankful for the power they added to make it up the hills to Alfama, where we had great views of Lisbon, below. Pedro's enthusiasm and his making sure we were all comfortable made the tour. He didn't act as if he were just herding sheep. You can tell he enjoys the job. Thanks Pedro!

Really fun way to get an overview of Lisbon! - We chose the private tour for our group of two couples. Our guide, Julia, was friendly, knowledgable, and made sure we were safe and comfortable the entire ride. Though a little intimidating at first, we had an amazing time navigating the hills and narrow streets of Lisbon on our e-bikes. We learned a lot of Portuguese history and left with a much better understanding of the geography and development of beautiful Lisbon! Highly recommend!

I was in a trip with my... - I was in a trip with my gfriends and we had a great time touring Lisbon and learning about history. Peter was a great tour guide and a historian. It was a fun way to travel through the historical sites. We had a great time.

Excellent tour with Adi - Excellent tour by our guide Adi. It was one of the best parts of our trip to Lisbon. He was extremely knowledgeable and did a fantastic job explaining the history of the Lisbon landmarks. He made us feel very comfortable on the e-bikes. I would highly recommend this tour!! Excellent E-bike Tour of Lisbon - Excellent e-bike tour. Bia was the best tour guide to explore the history of Lisbon with and we went to some really great sites. She was very courteous and very safety conscious while we navigating the busy streets. But better, she knew a lot of the back ways through lesser known streets that only a local would know.

Great tour, recommended - Great bike tour with great staff. I learnt a lot and saw a lot on the bikes. The bikes were powerful enough to get up the hills of lisbon with no issues. I also met a few people on the tour who i connected with after the tour. Lisbon streets can be pretty tight though, so this is good for people confident on bikes. Willem was a great guide!

Lisbon times different - The places you saw were good. The guide was nice and put a lot of effort into it.
Unfortunately it was often acoustically not so well understood on and the group size.
