Great value, and a great way to see Lisbon! - We chose this tour because we wanted to experience an overview of the city by riding around. We got that, and a lot more. The explanations that were provided during the tour were very informative, and we were able to hop off and visit the sights that interested us as we got to them. The boat ride was relaxing and beautiful, and we really enjoyed that. When we bought the tickets we were informed that they also gave us access to public transport. This was unexpected, but it was very convenient and useful! Not only did this allow us to ride on the famous historic #28 streetcar, and funiculars, but we could just jump on any of the busses/trams as we moved around the city. We loved our Yellow Bus tour and felt like it was well worth the price!

Perfect with the Grey Line - Perfect for exploring Lisbon. I recommend red and green line. Very relaxed through Lisbon, but especially in Alfama quite borderline that the city of Lisbon allows all this mobile traffic in the narrow streets at all.

Too bad. - The bus tour was good, the only downside is the stops at major shopping malls. This is not the kind of place I want to visit when I discover a city. The boat tour: We queued up (normal at that time) and were in second place, which made us hope to have an easy place on the top deck outside. A group of more than 30 people arrived long after us and the staff put a sign stating that the groups were priority. Farewell to the sun...😡 I think we should plan tours for groups only.

Unhappy and disappointed when doing the river cruise due to tour guide and sales girl - We bought a 48 hour ticket for the yellow bus and boat cruise. The bus was very nice and far more informative than the #Grayline in Porto. When we went on the cruise we were standing in the hot sun queueing for about 40 minutes before they allowed people to board. By this time there was a very long queue. About 15 minutes before boarding a tour arrived and when boarding started they said we should wait for the tour to board first. There is no signage saying that so I told them “NO!!!” Or refund my money now!! The tour guide had me by the arm pushing me until I told him not to touch me. (I am a woman in my late sixties) and this is the respect he showed. Everyone in the queue was very angry and the man in front of me in the queue said as a senior, he will not give way for this young tour. So much unhappiness to the extent that it seemed a fight would breakout. The captain then told the tour guide everyone should board at the same time.

Boat tour with two classes of guests - The bus tour was as expected. But: During the boat tour we queued with many others about 20 minutes in the sun. Shortly before the start of the tour, a tour group was led past us onto the boat. Only then was everyone else allowed on board. The tour group of course took the best places. As a family we are regularly on Trips But that was by far the greatest injustice we have ever experienced. The displeasure of the other participants was also obvious. Yellow Bus Tours, come up with something.
