One day timeframe - great summary. - Great and useful for a quick summary tour of Lisbon - definitely one of the best uses of time when you have a limited amount.

We highly recommend! - Excellent experience with the tour hop on hop off of Yellow Bus in Lisbon. We made both the blue line (Bethelem) and the red line (Modern Lisbon). We were very well served by the kind and competent staff Raquel Spencer at the time of boarding in the two days. We highly recommend! Practical for those who have few days in town.

Excellent overview of Lisbon, but … - The bus tour(s) gave us an excellent overview of the city. The only thing that we were not happy about was that we were waiting 1h for the tram 28 and then we were thrown off halfway so we walked to a Yellow Bus stop to get back. We probably could have been waiting at the tram stop but wasn’t sure if we could find space on it going back

City tour tradicional - Our ticket gave right to two routes one for the historical part and the other for the modern part of the city. As it was worth for 48h we also used as a means of transport which resulted in economy and practicality. It passes through all sights.

Cuckoo - The system is very well regulated and organised, in principle, and it is not the first time we have used it!But this time,at the end of the first day,on the way back,the bus did not go to the terminal and,having not been warned that we had to get off elsewhere,we had to stop much further and take a taxi back to our Pension!Fortunately,the driver was nice and left us close to taxis,but it is unacceptable not to warn tourists when they board the bus that it will not make the planned trip!

Don’t buy. Horrible - Worst ever. Buses weren’t running. App didn’t work. Drivers rude. Not one thing good to say about this experience. Don’t know what else to say.

Very poor - Very poor. You can’t get on and off at the same stop without getting off at the terminus and waiting for the next bus. One day we waited 45 mins. Staff lied- said the bus would arrive in 10 mins, after 15 mins then said another 10 mins. When you complain they just say it’s not their fault. The red busses looked to be better organised.

Terrible customer service - We came off a cruise ship. We couldn’t find the bus stop and nobody that we asked knew where it would be. I tried contacting customer support, but could not reach them. Sent a message and did not hear back from them. Had to purchase another ticket with another company to do our sightseeing. Absolutely horrible customer service!
