For a seamless experience, we recommend that customers provide their phone numbers and keep them turned on on the day of service. Our drivers will always attempt to contact you.

For non-airport pick-ups, we offer a 15-minute waiting period starting from the scheduled pick-up time agreed upon with the customer.

Generally, passengers are allowed one suitcase and one personal item on our vehicles. To ensure all belongings fit in the trunk, there are size and weight restrictions. Personal items typically include a handbag, briefcase, or laptop bag that can be easily carried by the passenger. If you have extra or oversized luggage, please inform us before your trip so we can arrange the necessary logistics from the baggage hall to the check-in counter or destination (additional fees may apply).

Infant seats are available upon request if notified at the time of booking (additional fees may apply).

NOTE: We reserve the right to cancel the ride if the customer does not appear or respond to our contacts during the agreed free waiting time. We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors beyond our control.
