You can not miss this tour in Lisbon, BEST ONE! - My boyfriend and I did a food tour with TLFT last July, and I could not recommend it more! It was a highlight of our trip to Portugal for sure, and also the best I have taken in my life. Dani our guide was super fun, interesting to talk to, and knowledgeable. Everywhere we went she was saying hi and talking to everyone, as if she was the celebrity of Lisbon. At every stop, we visited the food tour was great, we felt super welcome, and we can not thank Dani enough for introducing us to "pasteles de nata", the BEST part of the tour! Along the tour, we enjoyed awesome samples of local food/wine, learned interesting facts about the city and culture, and walked through different neighborhoods of Lisbon. It was definitely a great introduction, plus we got tons of recommendation on what to do and where to shop.

Best food tour in town - Daniel was the most amazing guide for this tour, we ate so many delicious dishes around Lisbon and visited food spots only most locals would know. He also gave many great food recommendations that we used throughout the rest of the trip. It was a blast!

Best food tour yet - Daniella loves her job and it showed.. This was the best food walking trip my wife and I have ever done. From start to finish the plan was laid out, along with taking special requests along the way. The highlight was a a walk through the Arabic influenced Moorish/Goa neighborhood... We had no idea this existed in downtown Lisbon and the food and people were an incredible compliment to the fish cakes and of course, chorizo... I recommend doing this first thing when you get time because you learn the ancient city and all its nuance.

Enlightening Experience - We had a lovely time experiencing the Portuguese fusion on this tour. Daniel was extremely knowledgeable and gave lots of information about the food but also important areas and people. It was very enlightening. It was a great time, with us not feeling rushed and he was open to any questions we had. They also had some variety if you had any dietary restrictions. Would recommend this as a great way to learn more about Lisboa. Terra - Ontario Canada July 2024

Incredible tour with Daniel, a must do! - We recently took a tour with Daniel and it was simply incredible. From the onset of the tour, Daniel helped immerse us in the culture and traditions of Lisbon via his stories - both personal and history - and naturally, via the food. While we had a basic understanding of Portuguese culture and food, this tour opened up our eyes to so much more. This tour is not to be missed!

Authentic food tour of Lisbon surpassing expectations - Had a lovely few days in Lisbon and on our third day went on the food tour with Daniel. It was a small group of 4 and we really enjoyed learning about the food, the city, the country and a lot of the history. Daniel was very personable taking the time to speak to each of us individually, and clearly had a real passion for his job. It definitely wasn’t a scripted experience and felt that you were walking with a friend who was a local. Although we had already travelled a lot of the city on foot, the tour took us to areas that we would never discovered and gave us an authentic feel for Lisbon life and the way people live. Purposely before the tour we didn’t eat any Portuguese food so that we got the full benefit and weren’t disappointed. The food was excellent as was the pairing of drinks but the best part was the knowledge of our guide and the company we enjoyed. Would definitely recommend everyone to do this but maybe on your first or second day in Lisbon. Thank you for a great experience.

Very local Lisbon experience - A great food and cultural tour of Lisbon. Filipa was an amazing guide who took us to places we never would have found on our own. Our kids are 12, 10 and 8. She did a great job of keeping their attention and teaching them about Portuguese history
