1-Lisbon at a glance: its seven hilly terrains, characteristic districts, Belem pastries, traces of the Age of Discovery, and a victorious peek into the city’s increasingly trendy future.
2-Next we have… the Tagus river linking Lisbon to the ocean, the sandy shores of Cascais and Estoril, erstwhile retreats of the European high society, and the enchanting world of Sintra, replete with fairy-tale castles and its romantic, mysterious ambiance.
3-On the third day, we journey further north to the well-known Fatima sanctuary, a place that every Catholic should visit at least once in their lifetime. We traverse the fortifications of Obidos, one of the country’s most attractive medieval settlements, and complete our trip seaside in Nazare, a quaint fishing locality.
4-The final day is dedicated to the inside of a medieval city, in Evora, the heart of the Alentejo region. We’ll explore the Roman and Moorish impacts on the region’s landscape, architecture, and culture at this UNESCO world heritage site.
