- Castelo, Alfama & Mouraria - We will be setting into an immersive cultural tour of the infamous Mouraria district. You will be exploring its multicultural side, its hidden budlings, and various secrets, and we will enjoy some spectacular street art while climbing up through history and communities. We will end up having a wonderful dinner in an African family restaurant, and may even explore jazz or samba elements through the neighborhoods’ live local jam sessions.
- Sao Cristovao - We will be having a wonderful African dish as one of the oldest restaurants in town. Dona Maria has been running her business for over 45 years. Normally her brother plays live music entertaining guests with African tunes.
- Chapito - Depending on the night of the week we may be visiting one of the most emblematic alternative bar in Lisbon dating since the early 1990s. The location offers live music ranging from samba to world beats. Chapito is more than a cultural fun venue but also a pupeteer school working closely with the homeless to support their skill enhancement and society integration.

Connect with the people and culture of Lisbon - Teddy gave us an amazing and unique experience exploring places and people we wouldn’t have been able to do on our own. He provided context and background to everything we saw and connected well with everyone on the tour. It was also great fun meeting all the participants on the tour. We had a ball together.

An experience you MUST have!! - This is an experience you MUST have while here in Lisbon. As a first time traveler to Lisbon, who was short on time, I wanted a comprehensive tour that was tailored to my interests. Teddy's love and knowledge of Portuguese culture and subcultures within Lisbon was obvious through his connections with the locals. Everyone we encountered had a personal connection to him. I was able to experience a side of Lisbon unseen to those choosing a run-of-the-mill tour. The food, drinks, snacks and music were all unique. There was no repetition and every nugget shared added a new perspective to this very multifaceted city. If you're looking for an adventure, I highly recommend this tour.

Do not miss out on this tour! - This tour is absolutely amazing and I would 100% recommend it to anyone visiting Lisbon. Teddy is an amazing guide and his love and passion for the city and people shine through. During the tour, you will get to discover the hidden gems and secrets of Lisbon that you would never find as a tourist. With every step, Teddy gives you the opportunity to indulge the beautiful diversity of Lisbon. We ended the evening at a live Samba night which was great fun. This experience is great for anyone, I was a bit apprehensive as a solo traveller but there was no need to worry. Teddy’s kind and positive energy added to the experience. Do not leave Lisboa without booking this experience.

A Night You’ll Always Remember - I cannot recommend this tour enough! If you’re choosing between this one and another tour….CHOOSE THIS! You will not regret it. I experienced this tour on my last night in Lisbon and it’s one of this experiences you will Always remember and Always talk about. Teddy has a natural ability to make sure everyone feels welcomed, included and seen. And he really knows the city! You’ll get to experience soooo many TRULY hidden gems and get the unspoken about history and stories of the city. Absolutely amazing night

Unique and authentic - I simply can't recommend this tour enough-- if you are looking to get an authentic experience of Lisbon you will certainly get that with Teddy! Teddy is a great guide and can show you many hidden gems of the city that you will not forget--one of my favorite ever travel experiences! I am grateful to have been on this tour and seen the lesser known, artistic sides of Lisbon !

An wonderful & Unforgettable Experience! - I simply cannot not say enough to express how wonderful this experience was to my daughter and me. Teddy is such a beautiful soul and a terrific host. Teddy walked us through so many neighborhoods, introduced us to so many local and wonderful people, he purchased and encouraged us to try many new and exotic foods, and we were blessed with a variety of musical pleasures. There is no way my daughter and I would have discovered even a fraction of the sights and sounds that Teddy introduced us to. We had such lovely experience, that we joined Teddy again on the next night with his next group of explorers. This was truly a highlight of our trip and we will remember our night with Teddy forever!

A Night to Remember! - I had an incredible experience on this unique and unforgettable tour. Teddy, our guide, took us to hidden local bars and restaurants in the heart of Lisbon, places I never would have found on my own. He was incredibly knowledgeable, passionate, and friendly. His great storytelling brought the city's history and culture to life. The night ended with an unforgettable experience listening to live music performed by locals in a cozy restaurant, which made the evening even more special. I highly recommend booking this experience!

Highly recommend! - Really enjoyed this special evening with Teddy! Was definitely one of the highlights of our trip in Lisbon. Teddy showed us some hidden gems which we wouldn't have come across any other way. Only regret is not doing this experience sooner during our Lisbon trip.
