Not sure what this tour operator is offering for the price? - I would check with the tour operator what is included, as you can just turn up here and easily buy your own ticket for much cheaper and there are helpful guides and QR codes with heaps of info and free wifi.

Horses at work without proper conditions - Impressive place in the middle of the city and history was also impressive. However, we really experienced the back side of the local people's use of the horses - they were very aware that there were visitors and it felt like there were things they didn't do with the horses because we looked at them. We saw how they used the whistle a little too often to exercise and how they exercised power by whistling as a method. In addition, the horses had very bad hooves and shoes. Most of them wore too small shoes and one of the horses' Hove was even completely broken. So that they arrange Hove regularly is at least not true. They should have a look at that. And that's why they only get two out of five stars.
