Fantastic way to explore Lisbon - A wonderful trip exploring the history of Lisbon on Segways. Our guide, Ricardo, was excellent. Would thoroughly recommend.

Great tour with Ricardo - This was a lovely trip. Ricardo our guide was very helpful and knowledgeable. We quickly got the hang of the Segways under his guidance. The route was good too. Got to see a lot of the Old Town and understand more of the history of Lisbon. Would highly recommend

A Story to Tell - Touring with Carla and her partner (sorry I can't think of his name) were excellent guides, as well as good people! My husband and I had previously used Segways but our two friends had not. Our friends were particularly anxious about being able to control the Segway but Carla and her partner were patient in orienting them to the machine and got them up and running pretty swiftly. By the end our the tour both were surprised at just how comfortable they were with the Segways. The tour itself covers some challenging terrain but also allows you to see part of Lisbon not covered by tour buses. I don't know which part was best but a strong contender was seeing the various neighborhoods. The Segway gives you a great sense of freedom. I should note that I did experience a mishap when I miscalculated my wheel clearing a pothole at the side of a road. I took a tumble - hard enough to crack my helmet. Carla and her partner were right there to help me. I was okay enough to contitnue the tour. Definitely gave me a story to share as part of the adventure. If you've not ridden a Segway, I fully recommend that you give it a try and experience a unique view of the world.!

Amazing Lisbon tour - We had great Segway tour with Sitgo. Our guide Thibault was superb. He gave us very informative and detailed trips. He guided us thru small streets and alleyways with such a ease. Would recommend Segway tour Ruth Sitgo for amazing Lisbon experience

Great Segway tour! - Stigo was a great, fun guide. He was very courteous and adjusted the pace to fit our group. The Segway ride itself was a lot of fun in the Alfama area, with a ton of personality. Highly recommend this tour!

Old Town Segway Tour by Sitgo - Really enjoyed this tour. Sitgo is an excellent and witty guide, very knowledgable and easy going. The weather on our day was a bit changeable but Sitgo was accomodating and adaptable making it as easy as possible for us. I would go on a tour with him on the Segways again.

SCAM - DO NOT USE. Completely scammed. Not at meeting point, phone number does not accept calls messaging service no reply.

Not running from the listed venue... our tour did not happen - We were really looking forward to exploring Lisbon by Segway, but sadly, this did not happen. No one showed up at the location we had been sent, and there was no answer to phone calls. The meet-up venue was outside an ice-cream shop, but this had clearly closed down... although still listed on Google maps and Apple Maps. This was a very disappointing result and we will be seeking a refund. In the run-up to the day, communication had been good re the booking - just, sadly, the wrong information must have been shared with us.

No one turned up for us - I can't rate the tour as we never got chance to experience it as the guides never showed up. We waited at the meeting point for 30 mins but nothing. I felt apprehensive when we arrived as there were no segways in sight and our group had remarked that we'd not seen any at all during the time we'd been in Lisbon

Failed Segway tour in Lisbon - We quickly found the meeting point for the tour and 20 minutes prior to the start time. The Segway people never showed up at the meeting place. After waiting a half an hour after it was supposed to begin, we left.
