Fun time in the kitchen - This was absolutely wonderful. Everything was provided for to watch and learn to make pastel de nata. The instructors were fun and engaging. I highly recommend.

The instructor was... - The instructor was wonderful in guiding the class through the whole Pastel de Nata process. It was truly hands on from measuring the ingredients, making the dough/custard and filling the pastries. We had passerby viewers watching our class from the sidewalk, which was fun. The final product was nothing short of amazing! Highly recommend this class to bakers and non-bakers alike. A fun way to experience Portugal.

Highlight of our trip! - We had such an amazing time learning (actually, doing the baking not just watching) and eating the yummy Pastel de Nata. Our guide was delightful and full is information, technique and humor. We each made 3 treats from beginning to end and then had the opportunity enjoy them with our choice of beverage in a private room. They even included to go boxes for the ones we couldn’t finish or wanted to save for later. She had us take a group photo at the end and included it in an email with their recipe. Can’t recommend high enough.

Wonderful afternoon - Wonderful class that is easy to follow. Even if you don’t know a lot about baking, they walk you through step by step to make the process easy. And at the end, you get some sweet treats.

A fun way to spend time in Lisbon - The whole experience was fun. Our instructors were friendly, knowledgeable about the product and the other participants were fun! We purchased the home kit and are excited to see if can make the Pastel de Nata. They taste so good when still warm with sprinkling of cinnamon and powder sugar!

Baking in Lisbon - What a great baking class. Our first full day in Lisbon, met many wonderful travelers and our instructor was so good and friendly. And our Pastel de NATAS we made were excellent! I would recommend to everyone!

Tarts, tarts and more tarts! - Our instructors/coaches were great. Lots of great tips and support while baking. Lots of fun as well! Experience was well organized. Last but not least..our end product was very good..much better than what I expected from an inexperienced pastry baker as myself. Highly recommend this hands on experience!

Great course with great results! - The baking course was a complete success. Valentina and Elisabeth led the preparation of the paste with a lot of spirit. The supply of coffee and drinks before and after the course was excellent. The own pastes could easily take on the commercial ones, e.g. in Belém! Great course - we enjoyed it a lot!
