Pastry fun in lisbon - Wonderful experience working with Carla making pastries. She was a pure delight and her knowledge of her trade was on display with our 6 inexperienced chefs! A great time!

Great Experience - I was there with my junior. Bea was incredibly nice. The workshop was amazing. I can recommend it to everyone. And the selfmade Pastel de Nata at the end .. Super Delicious :D

Amazing local food experience - My 11 year old son and I had an amazing experience today with Beatriz. What a wealth of knowledge and a great personality. It was all hands on and the final product was delicious. I’ll definitely be making the Pastel de Nata at home for family and friends. Thank you for making our experience even more memorable. Professional chef! - This chef is very, very knowledgeable and good at making pasta de nata pastry from scratch and I learned a lot from her. She is ever bit the professional, However this class is not for the lay individual. It felt like you need to be a professional bakery chef going in. We are all cooks in our home and it was still difficult to pick up the technique and it was fairly hard and intimidating to do it just right. That being said I would take it again, but just know its not a lay back or really fun class, but you will learn the technique.
