A Hidden Gem - A hidden gem of Portugal! Our tour was the perfect size and Diego was the best tour guide we had on our trip. He was so knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. I can’t say enough good things about him! The monoliths were of course the highlight of the day, but all the stops were must-see places. The day trip was well-paced and didn’t feel rushed at all. Highly, highly recommend.

Learning about the... - Learning about the monoliths and the process of harvesting cork was truly fascinating, though I can understand that it may not be for some people. If you take this tour, be advised that it involves a great deal of historical conversation.

Fabulous day with Nico - Our guide, Nico, was excellent. He took time to answer questions and was very informative. We enjoyed each stop. He was also kind enough to help people with other plans they were thinking about. Thank you!

Great guide, not enough time in Evora - Philipe was an excellent guide. He explained everything thoroughly and answered all questions. We believe too much time was spent on the cork farm instead of in Evora. Also, headsets are needed because it was difficult to hear the guide.

Alentejo: Evora and Megaliths - I never knew anything about cork. I just thought it was a little piece of cork in a wine bottle. It was a very interesting lesson. I loved the chapel of the bones. The little town of Evora was adorable. Everyone I encountered was very nice. Our tour guide Diego (sorry if I misspelled) was quite the character. Very knowledgeable and entertaining.
