To cap off the experience, you’ll enjoy the menu you prepared paired with excellent Portuguese wines. One can not loose the opportunity to learn about the Portuguese cuisine while in Portugal. Your menu includes typical Portuguese appetizers, which may change with the season to ensure fresh and flavorful results. The main dish—whether seafood, fish, or meat (vegetarian options available). The meal concludes with a delightful traditional Portuguese dessert. Our hands-on cooking classes are conducted in English by our local, trained chefs. They’ll immerse you in a genuine Portuguese gastronomic adventure, sharing their knowledge, personal experiences, and culinary tips and techniques. Join our team of Portuguese chefs to cook up some of the most traditional Portuguese recipes. Don’t worry about memorizing them, we’ll send you digital recipes to your email then, so you can replicate them at home and share it with your family and friends.

Cooking class winner - Beatriz was a lovely host and myself & a separate family of four had fun preparing our 3-course lunch. The food came was delicious and it was an altogether good experience. I signed up to arrive early and go to the local market with Beatriz. I loved it. Highly recommend.

A fantastic experience. - This was a hands on cooking experience preparing traditional Portuguese dishes that we are keen on replicating when we get back to New Zealand. An enjoyable and fun day with an entertaining host.

Amazing Cooking Class! - I was looking for a cooking class that was available on a Sunday as it was our only available free day. This class was available, and I didn't hesitate to book it. The facility was modern and clean, the chef/instructor was an absolute delight and the food was delicious. It was a small intimate class with clear instruction and details/history about what we were preparing. I would not hesitate to book another class when I am in Portugal next.

Viva La Bia - We loved our cooking experience with Bia. She was so fun and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend this class to anyone looking for a cooking class. Bonus, was the delicious vino.

Wonderful experience! - Our family had an amazing evening! Beatrice was so kind, warm and welcoming. She prepared a lovely charcuterie for us and served wine right after we arrived. We then learned about traditional Portuguese cuisine and together with the group, prepared Bacalhau à Lagareiro, green bean tempura and the most delicious rice pudding! Afterwards, we all enjoyed all the food together and had such a wonderful time. It was hard to leave! Beatrice was a lovely host and teacher and this evening was the highlight of our visit to Lisbon! Highly recommend! We are looking forward to making all these dishes at home too!

Lovely, leisurely evening - Beatriz was very friendly and accommodating. She made sure that each member of our family was engaged. She created a menu to accommodate my fish and seafood allergies. The tempura green beans didn’t even make it to the table! A lovely, leisurely evening.

Great family activity! - Chef Beatrice created a wonderful experience for our multi-generational group! The menu was classic Portuguese (I am sorry that I cannot pronounce or spell the specific dishes). We had tempura green beans for a starter, pork (marinated) and clams over fried potatoes and rice pudding for dessert. It was a fun, informative a d I reactive way to spend the evening!

A privilege you do NOT want to miss! - One of the best classes ever! Bea was amazing and so were the dishes that she taught us to make. I will take a class with her every opportunity that I get. She is a jewel. If you have the opportunity, experience the privilege of learning from someone equally as authentic as her food. You will be glad that you did.

Highly recommend for people interested in traditional Portuguese food - Great experience learning some traditional Portuguese recipes. Our host was amazing - friendly, informative and we had some very interesting conversations about Portuguese food culture.
