To cap off the experience, you’ll enjoy the menu you prepared paired with excellent Portuguese wines. One can not loose the opportunity to learn about the Portuguese cuisine while in Portugal. Your menu includes typical Portuguese appetizers, which may change with the season to ensure fresh and flavorful results. The main dish—whether seafood, fish, or meat (vegetarian options available). The meal concludes with a delightful traditional Portuguese dessert. Our hands-on cooking classes are conducted in English by our local, trained chefs. They’ll immerse you in a genuine Portuguese gastronomic adventure, sharing their knowledge, personal experiences, and culinary tips and techniques. Join our team of Portuguese chefs to cook up some of the most traditional Portuguese recipes. Don’t worry about memorizing them, we’ll send you digital recipes to your email then, so you can replicate them at home and share it with your family and friends.

Enjoyment and learning. - Carla demonstrates exceptional attentiveness and possesses a wealth of knowledge, allowing us to fully appreciate each aspect of learning and preparing exquisite dishes from Portuguese cuisine. I highly recommend this activity!

Amazing class! - Carla was amazing! She led the class and helped us make some delicious dishes. Her knowledge and passion for cooking was so wonderful. We loved the history of Portugal as well and her recommendations of what to visit. HIGHLY recommend!!

Amazing traditional Portuguese meal led by an even better instructor - So happy we did this experience, it is unforgettable! Carla was our instructor and is an amazing chef who made our last evening in Portugal the best yet. She made the cooking experience incredibly knowledgeable with a short lesson on what we were cooking and where the ingredients were from. She crafted an amazing charcuterie board with plenty of wine throughout the night while we cooked the meal ourselves with her guidance (we were the only 2 in the class that night so there was plenty of hands on cooking). The meal was amazing and consisted of 3 traditional Portuguese dishes with excellent wine. Would highly recommend this as a must do!

Excellent introduction to Portuguese cuisine - We thoroughly enjoyed our class with Guy. This was our first full day in Portugal & we learned so much about the local cuisine. A great start to our vacation.

Carla's Cuisine - Carla gave us a background of Portugal and where the food/wine came from. She was excellent explaining all the steps for each dish we made. Carla gave us a memorable experience, lots of laughs and good food. She gets an "A+" from us. Fred & Deborah

Don't miss this Lisbon event! - Great evening experience with great people in a great city! I am not a chef, or even a cook, but my lady friend and myself had such great time. The food was exceptionally good, as was the wine and the camaraderie. We've done cooking classes in other cities, but this was one of the best. Can't recommend it highly enough!

Who knew cooking with wine could be fun! - What a wonderful experience we had with Carla! It was amazing how she kept track of what each of us needed to do and how the food was progressing. We enjoyed not only the experience but the food and wine were fabulous! Thanks Carla for a delightful evening (and Bruno for topping off the wine😁)

The best way to learn about Portuguese food and a great way to connect with others - I had an amazing time learning about Portuguese cuisine and the history behind it. I appreciated being in a small group as it allowed us to connect so quickly during the short time we had together. Thank you especially to Karla for being such a lovely instructor, and for being a hard working and compassionate person. I also want to thank her for giving us the honour of trying the salt baked cod. I would recommend anybody to try a cooking class in Lisbon if you want a good experience and more.
