Amazing experience - The class was super fun and entertaining with great food. The chef was super helpful and it was enjoyable having drinks during the whole experience. Would definitely recommend this.

5 star experience - By request, chef miguel prepare a michelin star dinner. We had an amanzing gourmet experience, with wine pairing and lots of surprises. We pay a little more than the regular class but it was worthy.

Great food, awesome Wines, best company - Great experience dinner. Miguel entertainer us all, with lots of food and Wines. We learn a lot about portuguese culture and history. The desert was the famous pasteis de nata (a special request for my wife birthday), and we even take home a box with a dozen. Thanks chef Miguel

Xmas team building - This year our company provide a different Xmas party. Instead of a dinner in a restaurant, we had a funny team building activity. We cook everything from zero, a multi course dinner, with lots of starters and snacks, great wine variety and even personalize aprons with the company logo.

Best dinner experience in Lisboa - We had a wonderful experience with chef Miguel. After a few exchanges of messages he created a menu based entirely on seafood. Simple but extremely tasty preparation.

Fun, hands-on cooking class at Lisboa Food Studio using simple ingredients - This hands-on cooking class was a brilliant way to end my first trip to Portugal. We started with a custard-based dessert, followed up by tempura beans, then a delicious appetizer dish made with beef, pickled veggies, onions and finally a traditional cod dish. We chopped, stirred, sliced, and cooked all the dishes and ended up enjoying a gluten free meal in a very short time. (This was requested as one of us is gluten intolerant). It was good fun working under Chef Miguel direction, who has a background in a Michelin rated restaurant, at hotels and resorts and decided to launch his school, Libsoa Food Studio, just a few months into 2022. There was plenty of good laughs while we learned a few new techniques. The dishes were intriguing enough and are ones that I will be able to create at home – especially since the recipes will be emailed to me. A couple of lovely white Portuguese wines were also poured and enjoyed. We took a tram, 15E, stepped off was and walked to the front green/blue gate in a matter of minutes. Chef Miguel was waiting for us - thankfully as google maps has not charted this area of Belem yet. The studio is in a converted warehouse/workspace and was quite fun to enter into and walk to the studio. Class started at 6:30 PM and wrapped up at 9 PM.

My bad review of Tripadvisor - My bad opinion of Tripadvisor. I bought a gift for a friend of mine - a cooking workshop 26.01 17:30. 1 day before the workshop, I got a text with my certificate. At the specified time, my friend arrived at Lisboa Food Studio. It was closed. Calling the address indicated, it turned out that there was no workshop on the day. I have no complaints about Lisboa Food Studio, I have no doubt it's a great place. But Tripadvisor has not fulfilled its obligations. I paid the money for the workshop, my friend spent time on the road and, despite the rain, arrived on time and had to find out why there was no workshop. I am very unhappy and do not recommend Tripadvisor for booking experiences I tried to book this master class earlier, last time I got cancelled because the group didn't pack. My money was returned and I was warned in advance. That's fine. But this time, I'm very disappointed with Tripadvisor.
