Our sommelier has meticulously chosen 6 wines from differing Portuguese regions, showcasing their varied characteristics and intricacies.
Your personal wine mentor will guide you on a voyage of diverse regions and culture, instruct on the methods of wine tasting, and shed light on how wine has shaped the historical narrative of Portugal. Our wine tasting session will be complemented with traditional Portuguese cheeses and charcuterie. This is a unique opportunity to explore the wine spectrum of Portugal all in one space. Best wine tasting experience in Lisbon! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ - We had a wonderful experience at the wine bar with Caio as our host. Caio led us through the various wine regions in portugal with thorough explaination and answered all of our questions. He was very knowledgable. The wines were tasty and the pours were generous. The charcuterie board was also plentiful and delicious. The ambience was nice and allowed for socializing with others who were visiting from various countries.
I highly recommend from the vine and I will definitely be back again!

A must visit! - We had a really fun and tasty food experience here! It was a pleasant and warm atmosphere, which made it comfortable and easy to mingle with others. Cayo was an engaging speaker and shared so much knowledge about the wines. I felt like I left there and really learned more about Portuguese wines. They even had a nice gift for everyone at the end which was a really nice touch. For anyone that enjoys a glass of wine, I would highly recommend doing a wine and cheese tasting at From The Vine.

A great experience! - We really enjoyed this experience! Caio was very knowledgeable about wine in general and Portuguese wines in particular, explaining the various wine producing regions in the country and the grapes/wines they produce. We sampled 6 wines — 3 white (or green) and 3 red — and each was delicious in its own way. The cheeses were also wonderful! (Charcuterie was available but being vegetarian we did not sample that.) I highly recommend this tour!

Fun at wine and food tasting! - Two americans, a brit, a scot, a german, a norwegian and a brazilian host. What could be more fun. Our host was so knowledgeable and made sure everyone enough wine, food and fun. I would highly recommend this tour.

A great introduction to Portuguese wines - This was our introduction to Portuguese wines and it was fabulous! We were introduced to the different wine regious of Portugal and sampled wines from six of them (plus a bonus tasting). The wines were superb and the charcuterie board that accompanied them was excellent. Portuguese wines are (for us) one of the best kept secrets in the world of wine. We can highly recommend this tasting for anyone from a wine novice to experienced connoisseur.

Wonderful, Portuguese wine tasting experience - This was a wonderful opportunity to taste Portugal wines. The sommelier was very knowledgeable and kept things moving. The charcuterie board was great and one had an empty stomach (tasting is at 1:00 pm). It was a great compliment to the wines. My only suggestion would be to introduce a “chocolate” with the red wines. One really can’t judge a red without the chocolate element and one’s knowledge of Portuguese wines would be enhanced with the chocolate pairing! A great, positive experience. Have a taxi or Uber waiting to take you to your hotel!

Wine in Lisbon - We arrived early and were greeted warmly. There was a lovely charcuterie tray that was replenished upon request during tasting. We did whites first, a rose and then reds, six total decent sized tastings. It was a full crowd for a Monday so it did get a little loud. We learned about the Portuguese wine regions as we sampled our wines. If you love wine, this tour is for you! Even got a small wine bottle as a parting gift.

Nice way to pass an afternoon in Lisbon - We had a lovely time and learnt lots about Portuguese wine. Lovely cheese too. Would recommend. There was a large group with us who were really nice but as it’s a small space it gets quite loud.

Great place for wine tasting - We had a fantastic afternoon testing and trying wines at From the Vine. Caio was excellent at explaining the origins of the wines and being the perfect host. During the afternoon, the wines were accompanied by a lovely mix of different cuts of meats and cheese. I would highly recommend! ! Brilliant!

Highly recommended - Brilliant experience and good value for money. Caio our host was very knowledgeable and passionate and also fun and friendly. He made the experience a great one.
We learnt a lot about Portuguese wine and had good food and drinks as well!
