Private Eco Tuk Tuk Tour through the Heart of the City

The Tram 28 holds the title of being Lisbon’s most renowned public transit and serves as a time-traveling excursion. It transports you through the city’s most noteworthy historical sectors, a trip we highly recommend. We advise avoiding the constant lines and overfilled trams by reserving a snug private eco-tuk instead!

Highlights
  • Se de Lisboa - A cornerstone of Lisbon’s religious and architectural heritage. Its facade tells stories of resilience and faith. A testament to the city’s resilience.
  • Miradouro das Portas do Sol - This lookout’s got some outstanding views of Alfama and Tejo river. Perfect spot for a quick snap or just to take it all in.
  • Miradouro da Graca (Sophia de Mello Breyner Andresen) - : Graça, real old-school Lisbon. Then, it’s up to the Miradouro Senhora do Monte for some amazing views. Trust me, you’ll want your camera ready.
  • Museu do Fado - We’ll cruise by the Panteão, can’t miss its massive dome. And the Fado Museum’s close by, showing off the city’s deep musical roots.
  • Alfama - Lisbon’s oldest neighbourhood and the most charming one, it’s considered the historic soul of Lisbon and its steep, cobblestoned lanes stand just as they were in medieval times. This area is best known for its fado houses and the great festivities of Lisbon which honors “Santo António” (St. Anthony) during the month of June, luring thousands of people into the streets. This neighbourhood resisted to the terrible earthquake of 1755 and this is one of the main reasons that contributed to the preservation of its authenticity. This charming area retains some of the Moorish atmosphere with its alleys, staircases and clothes drying on the windows.
  • Chiado - Chiado & Rua Garrett’s Buzz: Chiado’s where it’s at for shopping and chilling. Rua Garrett’s got everything from great cafes to amazing trendy shops and even the oldest bookshop in the world.
  • Bairro Alto - Bairro Alto, with its vibrant nightlife and artistic murals, offers a contrast to the historical Largo Camões. Where Lisbon’s bohemian heart beats strongest.
  • Largo do Carmo - Largo do Carmo is a bit quieter, nice for a breather and to check out some history without the hustle. history whispers from the ruins and the quiet corners, speaking of revolutions past and the continuous march of time.

Informative, 2 hr Tuktuk tour of Belem, Lisboa. - Our tour guide/tuktuk driver was Katalina. She was wonderful. Very engaging, full of info & happy to accommodate our requests. We visited the oldest pasteis bakery in Belem … best pasteis by far & fascinating process. Would definitely recommend. Katalina was happy to drop us back closer to our accommodation which we appreciated. 10/10
