An Amazing Day with Filipa Touring Lisbon! Food, Friends, and Fun! - Our friend group took a day tour with Filipa to experience the vibrant food scene in Lisbon. Filipa is expert at the food and drink of Lisbon and also all of Portugal, so as expected the food and drink was exceptional! What made this tour even MORE exceptional is Filipa's additional expertise with the history of the country. Throughout our day, she blended the tour with important facts about Portugal's past and future outlook. We always find our best food tours not only leave us with a sense of the country's gastronomy but also leave us with better cultural awareness. It's my pleasure to share that this tour was one of our best. If you get the chance to book some time with Filipa, take it!

Tasting through Lisbon - Filipa is a delightful tour guide in Lisbon. She clearly loves her city and enjoys sharing it with guests. She interspersed Portugal's history with the food tour, making everything that much more meaningful. We roamed the city, tasting Pastel de nata, sardines, cheese, port, green wine, ginjinha, among other traditional flavors. Filipa is open and energetic. It was fun to spend the day with her.

This is THE private food tour of Lisbon you want to book with - Wow, what a wonderful day! We worked with Filipa on a private 5-hour food focused walking tour of Lisbon and it was truly a 5-star experience! Filipa’s knowledge of and passion for the culture, the history and the food and beverages (coffee, port, wine and ginginha) of Lisbon is second to none. She worked with us to personalize the tour and was very in-tuned to what we wanted to taste and see. We never felt rushed and stayed longer where we wanted and moved on when we were ready and as a result we were together for well over the 5-hours we booked. The “tour” was more like spending the day with a relative or friend as it seamlessly flowed from food to history to culture to food again. We stayed off the typical tourist track and what we saw, where we tasted and dined left a lastly impression and created life long memories of our time in Lisbon. We can’t wait to go back and when we do we’ll definitely reach out to Filipa again. We Highly recommend that you connect with Filipa the value for the money was unbelievable!

Superb Lisbon Food Tour! - We had an absolutely fantastic food tour with Philipa! She was warm, well prepared, highly informative and presented an array of delicious and delightful tastings of authentic Portuguese dishes and beverages. We had so many tastings that by the end we were completely satiated but also we felt like we had so much fun and learned so much. Philipa was a terrific guide and we thoroughly enjoyed our time with her and felt like she went well beyond our expectations in providing and super food tour in Lisbon!!

Fabulous foodie tour with Filipa - Would highly recommend this fantastic walking tour of central Lisbon looking at history and culture of the country through food. We met Ricardo at a central train station who then took us to one of the oldest patisseries where we enjoyed paste del nata, fish cakes and a coconut sponge so incredibly light. Then off to the city’s oldest Ginjinha to try the fierce cherry drink and check out one of the oldest grocers in town with its amazing display of salted cod - time for cheese and port (delicious!) We began a slow climb up to the castle area passing by amazing street art where we were joined by the gorgeous Filipa who took us to a thriving new business specialising in tinned food. Not my usual thing but it was surprisingly good. Both our hosts were very informative and great company showing us their city with such pride. If you’re going to Lisbon please do this!
