Wine and Food - Paulo was our guide and he provided a great experience, taking us to three wineries and a restaurant. He escorted us away from crowds and gave us his full attention. This experience was in a beautiful area of Portugal.

Relaxed Pace Winery Experience - This was a great way to end our 4 days in Lisbon. Our guide Ricardo (we highly recommend) was great!! From the moment we were picked up at our hotel to the moment we were dropped off we had very enjoyable tour! Ricardo was extremely knowledgeable of the Lisbon area and the 14 different wine regions of Portugal. Because of the day we did our tour one of the wineries was closed (no fault of the guide or tour company) due to the grape harvest and celebrations, so we only went to two wineries instead of the three. However we felt that this gave us time to take more time at the other two wineries we did go to and have more time for a leisurely lunch and coffee at a local Portuguese restaurant. Ricardo has a vast knowledge of the wine and liquors of Portugal and gave us some amazing recommendations of wines/liquors to try. Overall we did not feel like we missed out on anything during this tour because of the great company we had. Thank you Ricardo for an enjoyable last day in Lisbon drinking wine!!

Personalised Setubal Wine Tour - We were driven from our hotel to the three wineries in Setubal by Rod from Taking U There. We had a marvellous day out with Rod who has an extensive knowledge of Portuguese wine (and who owns his own vineyard). His passion and knowledge which he enthusiastically shared with us made our trip a very memorable one. Thank you Rod! All the wines were thoughtfully selected and good examples of the region……delicious! Would absolutely recommend this tour 🤩

Great day trip from Lisbon - What a great day! My wife and I took this tour with some friends as a way to see a bit more of Portugal while on a short 3-day visit to Lisbon. We had a great time with our tour guide "Ricardo." He did an excellent job curating the experience for us, setting tables, providing extra information about all of the wines we tasted, talking with winery and shop staff, and chauffeuring us around. Our group of five old friends definitely tends toward a lot of sharp banter, and he jumped in with both feet and seemed to enjoy the kidding around and ribbing as much as we did. Even after we took way too long at the last stop eating, drinking, and talking, we still made it back to our lodging with plenty of time for a rest before the evening events we had planned. I would very highly recommend this tour as a great way to get out of the city and enjoy some local wine with a great guide! Ask for Ricardo.

LOVED, do it if you like wine! - Rod was a fantastic guide. He was funny, knowledgeable and always trying to cater to us. The tour was just us and him so it was wonderful to get to talk to a local so much. He gave us recommendations for other activities as well. The wine was great and you got to see three very different types of wineries. We would have never seen this area of Portugal otherwise.

Great wine tour with friendly, knowledgeable guide. - Ricardo was a wonderful guide who knew his history and his wine. His English was fluent so we had some wonderful conversation. We had lovely wine tours and he also arranged for a nice, if long, lunch. It was a lovely day. We made a new friend.
