A Very Enjoyable Trip by WonderVan - A very enjoyable experience taking a private tour to Sintra, Cabo da Roca, and Cascais with WonderVan. Alex, our tour guide, was very interactive. He not only explained the important aspects of each destination but also recommended snacks to buy and try, which were indeed delicious! Alex's knowledge of history is excellent, and coincidentally, I also love history, so we ended up talking a lot about it. By chatting with Alex, we gained various new perspectives on the lives of the elite in Sintra from the past to the present, as well as about the Age of Discovery and Portugal's role in world exploration. Besides history, Alex is also a football fan, and we had lively conversations about football. Overall, the service from WonderVan and Alex was exceptionally good, prompt, and responsive. We are very satisfied with our experience.

Thanks to all! - Went with Tomas to the Palace and other placed. He's well versed, humorous, detailed and kind. Not only the related details, he is well knowledgeable in general. I learned a lot about Portugal thanks to him. Kudos to bus driver who managed to safely drive us all day. It was a very enjoyable tour!

A fantastic day - Last April 21 we booked an excursion to Sintra and Cascais with WONDER VAN. We were a group of 14 girls, highlighting the professionalism and empathy of our guides: Alex, Alex (both Alex) and Carlos, always attentive, giving us all kinds of explanations and information, they made sure we enjoyed the monuments we visited (Palacio da Pena and Quinta da Regaleira) and the spectacular landscapes that we had the pleasure of seeing. Beautiful Sintra trip - Trip with our guide Luis to charming Sintra, visiting beautiful national park along picturesque cost, Cabo da Roca to Cascais was probably the most remarkable day of our Lisbon trip. Beautiful scenery combined with very knowledgeable tour guide (alvway ready to help) was even better than we expected from pictures we have seen. We definitely recommend this trip with Luis to everyone visiting Lisbon.

Wonderful tour and Alex is a fab guide! - We stayed in Lisbon in early Feb 24 and wanted a tour that picked us up in Lisbon, took us on a tour of Sintra and dropped us back in Lisbon. We couldn't get many tours that met all our criteria but eventually found Wonder Van via Get Your Guide. We paid approx £90 per person and can't recommend it highly enough. Alex our Guide was fantastic and picked us up near Rossio Square at 8.30am and we arrived back at 4.30pm. Alex is Portugese and local (Cascais I think), his knowledge was superb and his English was perfect. We were very lucky as we were the only ones booked so we had a private tour. We started at Quinta Regaleira (we paid the entry fee for this one) and his knowledge of the history and all the detail made this so special. He also showed us the grounds of a nearby hotel. Afterwards we had some free time in Sintra and we had lunch at Cafe Paris on the main square. We then made our way to Pena Palace (Alex had bought the tickets for this) with Alex expertly driving us through the twisty roads. He also found a great viewpoint en route for us to take photos before dropping us off outside. Again Alex gave us great background about Pena Palace which really enhanced our trip. Alex is a fantastic guide and we loved this tour and recommend it and of course Alex most highly.
