Loved it! Small group is the way to go. - This was our favorite tour while we were visiting Lisbon. We met two other couples on our small group tour and had a great time! Our guide, Rita, was delightful! The small group and minivan makes this an outstanding choice for sightseeing.

Lovely day out! - This is a great tour as we visited a local hand made tile factory and the Christ the Redeemer statue in addition to the wine tasting. The Foncesca winery tour was really interesting, especially learning about return journey wines and getting to see the personal family wine collection. We didn’t see much of Sesimbra, opting instead for a long lazy lunch in a lovely restaurant overlooking the beach. The 2nd winery was ok, but was let down slightly by a very noisy crowd of people on the next table. All in all a lovely day.

Great day tour to two wineries out of Lisbon - We had an excellent day tour with Paulo. He took us to many destinations along the way to two vineyards for wine tasting. He knew a vast amount of the history of Portugal as took us to the many stops on the tour.

Excellent tour - First our guide, Josh. (His Portuguese name I cannot pronounce) was an excellent guide. Some advice if you do go on this excursion. The first winery, Quinta de Alcube, made excellent wines (I cannot guarantee that will be the first one for you) and is Remarkable for the price! If you can pack wines home buy them there the quality is excellent.

Good tour, great guide - Rita was a wonderful guide; provided interesting commentary on the places we visited and made the day fun. We didn't go to Palmela Castle due to fog in the hills, but they substituted a visit to the tile manufacturer in Azeitao, which was really interesting. Both wineries visited were good. One was a large family owned business and the other was a smaller family owned business. Tastings at the second winery were "very generous"!! Only suggestion would be to include lunch in the tour as it makes the small group more cohesive.
