Great views of city - It was nice visiting St. George castle. The views of the city were amazing. We enjoyed walking around the castle and gardens. The peacocks were different and interesting to see. Highly recommend visiting even if just for the views. The stories on the audio tour were interesting but sometimes difficult to follow or figure out exactly what/where it was making reference to.

St. George's entry with Audi tour - This was a great day and a highlight of Lisbon. The pre-paid admission got us in the fast lane (no wait). The castle was impressive, beautiful views and some interesting artifacts to see. The audio tour was boring and not that great.

Ve voce - Visited Portugal and Lisbon for the first tiime, what a magnificent city! I really enjoyed my vist to the St. George Castle as I got the best view of the city. Props for the great audio guides aswell.

Beautiful way to enjoy Lisbon! - It was a beautiful and very informative walk tour. Helena our tour guide was very knowledgeable and very nice. We did have to wait for a while to board the tram. This tour is very worth it, you walk through several neighborhoods. Keep in mind that you will be walking on cobblestone and it can be slippery if wet. Wear comfortable shoes with traction.

Accessible way to learn about and enjoy the city. Good phone support, good but improvable app - Interesting tour through lisbon and the castle. The app works well, showing you an interactive map (where you are now and where you need to go), as well as the audio for the tour. First time I did an audio tour like this, and I would do it again. A very accessible way to learn about and enjoy the city. Although the app was good, there are some things that could be better: Sometimes it hangs (at that time it looks like it's still playing audio but it isn't, and none of the buttons work). Luckily you are able to restart it quickly. Also, after finishing the audio of 1 location, the audio continues playing about the next location. In the castle tour it's not a big problem since the locations are adjacent and the tour guide tells you directions, but in the lisbon tour it is a little annoying since it takes 10-20 minutes to walk between locations. I did not understand how to login to the app at first so I called the number and they were able to help me quickly so I could begin the tour. The included online ticket to the castle saved me a bunch of time by skipping the queue.

No experience! - There were no memories..The Castle was closed and we were not able to do our audio self guided tour..So,I would like to receive full refund!

Not worth of it! Don’t buy this! - Castle ticket is only 15 euro each and 2 tickets are only 30 euro. The charges to me from it is 62 euro which bundles useless Service like city audio. It is to me a deceive. The only good thing was that the customer service from Greece was nice. Other than that, this service is highly un recommended! Don’t take it, you will be regretted paying double for nothing!
