Lady of the Tagus - If you want to get close by, I recommend taking the 15E electric tram.
There is a long line to get inside, with a wait time of up to 2 hours when it's crowded.
The exterior is nice, but the interior is also worth a look.
You can enter with a Lisbon Card.
Once inside, I thought it might be more efficient to go up to the top of the tower first, then go down one by one and look around each floor.

Long lines to enter even after purchasing ticket - Even after you purchase your tickets there was , at least, an hour long wait time in line to enter. Plus the ticket office, on site, apparently closes for 1.5-2 hours each day around noon.
Very interesting looking from the outside, but after asking several other tourists who had been inside, and the ticket office employee (who was very patient and informative), we decided to not wait 1-2 hours standing in line to get in the austere Belem tower. Several people said that the monastery down the street (walking distance) was a stupendous example of Manuelleta architecture, and definitely worth the wait in line. And the famous original Belem pastry shop is close to the monastery.

Closed due to strike - Bought tickets from Viator and tower was closed due to strike. Could not go in with paid ticket. Beautiful outside.

Fake product - This is fake product. Do not buy this product.
No information where to get the product.
You can not reach them.
When you tell them your problem they adress you to the viator app. And you can go around in a cirkel

Deceptive advertising - Deceptive and fraudulent advertising. The self guided tour does not include admission tickets to the castle.

Two hour wait with advance tickets - We never got in. The wait was two hours we could have bought tix there directly and still stood for two hours.

Worst experience ever - Information was not clear enough. The title was designed to confuse people who will make you pay for everything without the actual tower entry tickets. The title showed when making the review is not the same as the title provided in the website for purchasing purposes.

They sold me a ticket for day the tower was closed! - This review is for Viator and not the Tower of Belem.
Viator sold me a ticket to a day when the tower was closed. I tried contacting the tour operator but they never replied. Needless to say I submitted a dispute through my credit card.
