It’s an ideal place to pause for lunch and a stroll after visiting the Cliffs. Following this, there will be a 30-minute drive to the Poulnabrone Dolmen.
• Poulnabrone Dolmen - Located on the elevated Burren limestone plateau, Poulnabrone Dolmen stands as one of Ireland’s most renowned archaeological sites and is the second most visited spot in the Burren, following the Cliffs of Moher. It is the oldest dated megalithic monument in Ireland. From here, the journey will continue back to the accommodation.
• Ennistymon Falls - Known as ‘The Cascades,’ these falls are among the most photographed natural wonders in Clare. They are best viewed from the grounds of The Falls Hotel, which offers a stunning view of the Inagh River as it cascades over a broad ridge of rocks, flowing towards Liscannor Bay and the Atlantic Ocean.

• Corkscrew Hill - A brief stop at the viewing point near the summit of Corkscrew Hill provides a breathtaking view of a natural amphitheater sculpted by massive ice sheets from ancient ice ages. These ice sheets left behind a fertile valley, bordered by Aillwee Mountain to the East, Cappanwalla Mountain to the West, and opening onto Galway Bay to the North.
