Worth the experience - We had and amazing experience. I was so scared but that staff made me feel comfortable enough to finish the zip line course. Fire 🔥 and I can’t remember the other guy name but pushed me past my fears. All the staff is great and professional. The gift store prices were reasonable but the photo prices are kinda high.

Zip line with Ryan and Xxtra_fiyahhhhhhh - Ryan and Xxtra_fiyahhhhhhh We’re amazing zip line guides. They let you be the passenger princess until you feel comfortable on the line. Thanks for the fun time!

Yeah mon! - We went to Jam West for excursions today. I did the ziplines for the first time. Odessa and Naraldo were AMAZING! Odesha is strong and caught each person as they were coming in hot 🔥 very friendly and encouraging. By the 7th line I was comfortable enough to go again. Thanks I also did the horseback ride to the ocean. My guide was Shine and my horse was star. They shined like stars. Very knowledgeable and aware of the horse and my needs. Shine ensured I was comfortable. I trusted them both while I was in the water. It was also nice learning about the natural medicine and vegetation on the trail. I got to see Castrol beans, basil, and mango trees. I also ate curry chicken for lunch while there. Great experience all around!

Friendly Staff at JamWest - Rohan was a guide during my Horseback Ridinh excursion. He was absolutely wonderful. He was willing to answer any questions I had. We had great conversation. He was very knowledgeable about the plants and animals in the area. He was the best part of my experience. Very sweet, friendly, and kind. Keymar & Shane also did a great job with keeping Zip Lining safe and fun. They had good tips and worked with me when I was nervous. They kept the entire zip lining experience running smoothly.

Family fun - I zipped lined and did the Atv tour. My kids did horseback riding and Atv, my husband only did Atv. We had a ball. Triisten and his team made zip line so much fun. I loved it. The ATV riding was a great experience.

Good day but areas need attention - We had a trip out here from our hotel, we did zip lining and ATV driving. Zip lining was first, this was great, organised, well explained and good fun, guides were great. We then did the ATV, the driving trail was great but the organisation of that area seemed poor, they took too many people up to the area meaning we had to stand out in the heat for 30 minutes with helmets on waiting, the helmet I was given had a crack down the back, when I pointed it out to the lady handing them out she was not fussed and quite rude and wouldn’t swap it for another, whilst waiting you couldn’t remove your helmet as the straps weren’t great and needed twisting in a certain way to stay done up. Safety and equipment in this area needs a serious look at as well as the attitude of the woman that hands out equipment there. It is a good day out but be prepared for a long journey to get there as it’s out in the hills

ATV and Zipline experience - We visited while on vacation in Montego Bay. We partook in the ATV and Zipline. The ATV's do need maintenance as the tires are worn which is a safety concern. If you have never quadded this would be a fun experience, however we found it a little dusty and slow. We were hoping for a little bit of mud and fun. The zipline is good and was safe. The guides were excellent but you don't get a lot of views from the zipline. The rest of the facility seemed un used and parts in disrepair. The locker rental is a little high priced at $7USD considering the price you pay to visit the facility you should get a locker to use for free. We shared a lunch as the prices were high as well and lunch was not included with our tour that we booked thru our resort. The facility could definitely some sprucing up and maintenance. I don't feel it was value for our money and is overpriced.

Fire the bus driver from the Riu on 11/24!! - I am praying that we make it back to the hotel alive. Our rude, careless, reckless bus from made me want to just get on a plane and go back to America. Someone seriously needs to address his driving. We almost died multiple times on the way here. Praying for our safe return to Montego Bay.
