Fantastic - We first went up and couldn’t see anything, but the staff were lovely on checking in as we were told this and told we might want to come back later. We proceeded and it didn’t take long to lift. The views were fantastic

Forget about looking up, look down. - We booked our tickets prior to visiting meaning entry was quick and efficient. There were plenty of staff on hand, each one cheery and enthusiastic. The lift to the viewing platform was smooth and swift. We had booked for 5.15pm meaning the sun was streaming in from across the Mersey. Not great if the Liver Building or Customs House were your must sees but fine for the cathedrals, St. Luke's Bombed out Church and Anfield, home of LFC. Even looking down to the square in front of the Playhouse was surprising, that close but people looked so small. A really good experience and we may repeat it much earlier in the day.

Great Views - Visited on a late Friday afternoon around 4pm in September, not very busy, booked on line but I'm sure you can purchase a ticket on door. For £8 each not to expensive, we attended as a couple, but family tickets on line also for £25. Staff very friendly. The views are fantastic of Liverpool and beyond, had the fortune to have had a clear day although the sun was low in the sky looking out towards Crosby and beyond but didn't spoil the visit. Well worth a visit stands above all other buildings around being 400 Feet High. Would be worth a visit when it's dark to take in the views in darkness but closes at 6 so this can only be done in the winter time I guess. There was no time limit when at the Gallery so you can spend as much time as you like however there's no seating. Would recommend, an interesting place to visit especially for anyone like me who grew up in the city but has moved away, so a chance to see how the landscape has changed over the years.

Brill view - Although I don't live in Liverpool I visit often and have been up to the top with a number of friends, I absolutely seeing people's reaction when they see the view. I've never once pre booked nor had to actually queue to get in, blue light discount available. The lift is so quick and thankfully reliable! The view is incredible and I love walking around and seeing the streets, cars, buses and people walking below, then spotting the sights such as Anfield. Should definitely be on everyone's list when visiting Liverpool - unless you are scared of heights!!!
