Wonderful experience - I would like to highlight the wonderful experience I had at the museum! It’s a very well-designed place, rich in detail, and it captivates you from beginning to end. Congratulations on the storytelling, the structure, the café, and the store with its wide variety of Beatles items — the most complete store I've ever visited! A special mention to Fanny, a Brazilian staff member, who is highly knowledgeable about the Beatles and helped me choose exactly what I was looking for!

Amazing - I went to this when it first opened years ago...yesterday I visited again with my family and wow it's bigger and better. I loved the displays, the audio story was really interesting. My children loved the Yellow Submarine and Magical Mystery tour sections

Amazing museum! - My friend and I visited The Beatles Story Museum as part of our Liverpool travel itinerary. The museum was rich with content and exhibitions covering the Beatles’ journey—from their formation to their solo careers. Even my friend, who isn’t a big fan, found the exhibition really engaging and immersive. Staff were helpful and nice.

Confusing! - Quite a small area with excellent stories BUT there isn't a number on every exhibit that corresponds to a number on the PDA so it gets a little confusing. I went at 3pm and it was busy. If you're elderly or don't like crowds it maybe better to go first thing in the morning. Glad I went and I got the maximum number of pictures to remember the occasion.

Beatles experience - Well worth a visit, do use the headset for the tour, we didn't have one and probably missed a lot of info. Excellent gift shop and cafe also.

Less of a Mystery Tour - This is my second visit. I enjoyed the first visit with my elder son who is a Beatles fan so was blown away by elements of the museum. This visit was with my younger son so interested in the Beatles rather than a fan . The museum has not changed since our last trip (which may be good or bad) about three years ago and its very much a tried and tested formula of short anecdotes on headphone plus a small display. My son was far less engaged by the museum and rattled through it. The museum is definitely pitched at people who do not know the story of the Beatles so the focus is on providing context for them rather than anything deeper. This time it felt a lot of money for what it is and you should look for offers online to bring the price down.

Comprehensive review of Beatles, but not well organized. - Geared to Beatles fans but missing many things important to ordinary fans. Not well organized, need to find better ways to lead fans. Tidbits like favorite foods would have been good. More info on spouses. Also, songs such as Yesterday and Norwegian Wood should have linked for listeners.

Weak and not recommended - Too many people for a small corridor based museum. No statues, not much interactive things to see or do. It was a sense of "give us your money, go fast and buy us more stuff at the end from the shop" experience. Remember that we are talking about the museum based on the biggest band on the entire world. They have a huge story to tell, many more moments to be seen and listened. This museum makes them no justice whatsoever and I won't neither repeat it nor recommend it to anyone else. Too poor to be true. Don't have enough space? Make it where you have.
