Very informative - Very informative story of the Beatles, although not a fan, I went with my husband and really enjoyed the tour. A very enjoyable couple of hours, with easy to navigate headsets, friendly staff and a great little gift shop at the end.

Excellent. - For those who want to know more about the Beatles and their importance for the city of Liverpool and for the world is very interesting. It is an autonomous tour, you do as you want and we like it immensely. Upon completion of the experience, you have a store to see and buy products from the Beatles.

Must see - Can't be missed in the must see in Liverpool. Bit pricey but definitely worth it. You will be taken in the development of this band until the end in about 27 steps.

A great story - This is a very good tour, lots to see. A great reminder of the good old days. The trust pilot review requires 100 characters! Blah blah blah blah blah blah

A fitting tribute. - Very interesting for a dedicated Beatles fan. Somehow, the various parts of their story - unlikely as it seems -,seem to fit together, except for the tragic and all too soon passings of George and John. But thank God the Beatles once existed. Their memory will last forever.

The Beatles Story is engaging, though outdated audio guides and some rude staff dampened our visit slightly. - The Beatles Story in Liverpool offers an enjoyable and informative journey through the iconic band’s history, with engaging exhibits and memorabilia that captivated our young family. However, the experience was marred by outdated audio guides that were hard to use and detracted from the immersion. Additionally, two staff members were unfortunately rude and unprofessional—one at the photo station and another when collecting the audio guides. While these interactions were disappointing, the exhibition itself is still a must-visit for fans, as it celebrates The Beatles’ legacy in an accessible way. Improvements in service and technology would enhance the experience greatly.

Almost good, but a bit messy - There is a lot of good stuff here, and it is very informative. The recreation of the Cavern Club is especially good. And there is a veritable treasure trove of memorabilia! But a couple of things spoilt it … the audio guide talks about “A Hard Days Night” whilst in a room with “Help” posters and detail. Not until the very end of the tour do you encounter a room about “A Hard Days Night”, and “Help” is never referenced. The Sergent Pepper theme is played quite loudly and intrudes over the audio guide. The rooms for the individual Beatles and the audio guide don’t quite match up. Having said all that, this is still a great experience, and well worth doing. I just wish they would sort out the audio guide and the route.

Just OK - Honestly, I was a bit disappointed. While the various stages of the Beatles' history was interesting, I felt the various exhibits were underwhelming. In addition, the audio tour was difficult to navigate. The Fab Four store at the end of the museum contained lots of various Beatles merchandise to purchase.

Fix the Lift! - Right from the start, the visit was disappointing, as the one and only lift was broken to enter and leave the attraction. Consequently we had to struggle down many steps in order to enter and pay. Same again on departure! The contents of the displays were excellent and enjoyable but access and exit problems overshadowed our enjoyment. Fix the Lift!
