Fabulous Beatles Tourist Attraction - Bought this ticket as part of the Mersey Ferries Combo. Fantastic experience. Learned a lot about the Beatles. Very well laid out. Highly Recommend.

Fun for Beatles fans - A nice experience for Beatles fans to relive the history and legacy of the Beatles. The attached Fab4 Cafe and store were also great but what made our visit even better were the staff who were all so kind and helpful. Connor, Dhearbla and another young man (I believe his name was Jude?) all made our visit extra special.

Great History Lesson - great fun. Can do it on your own. Audio guide provided. They take fun pictures at the beginning, which cost around $30 for Digital copies. Very informative and great replicas. Voucher was easy and they even accommodated our late arrival

Charming Tour - a great tribute - This is definitely worth the Admission fee and provides a comprehensive but occasionally very personal and touching overview of the Fab 4s history. The rooms are well thought out and exceeded expectations - very low tech with framed memorabilia and original instruments such as John Lennon’z final piano but no bells and whistles so don’t expect interactive white boards, or even filmed footage. I loved the Cavern replica which was similar to the original and the John Lennon area was genuinely emotional- depicting his final years in New York. Al in all - really enjoyed it and please do f go too high tech in the future - the experience is charming and after all it is depicting a bygone time in the 50s , 60s and 70s. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Good experience worth the money - A really good submersive experience, enjoyed it. Would have been better if there was seating in each area to sit and listen to the recordings. Throughly enjoyed it was worth the £20.

My only gripe - No Cash - Internet Only Booking. When it's gone, it's gone - Well put together - I actually got quite emotional - a really tasteful experience, but a terrible shame there's no cash, and I nearly walked away had I not made a special trip to come to Liverpool for this

Uninspired, tired and old fashioned, but lots of content - This “experience” needs an update, go to Edinburgh and learn from what Johnnie Walker Whiskey have done with their “Journey of Flavor” The whole thing is a bit tired and uninspired, even the staff, seems a bit resigned and just going through the motions. No enthusiasm anywhere to be seen or felt. The experience is essentially an audio guide, which do contain lots of content, but it could and should have been so much more immersive and engaging! This was a bit disappointing to be honest 😐

Should be fab, but wasn’t. - It was boring. Don’t know how they managed that, when it’s about the best band the world has ever known. You get given a head set and a mobile phone. Then you’re supposed to follow the tour while staring at the phone and listening to a, very dry, documentary. It made it hard to connect emotionally with the exhibits and hard to chat. We gave up on the headset and phone and just walked around looking at the memorabilia. That made it better. I liked that rooms were dedicated to specific Beatles’ eras, but it needed bringing to life. They should use projectors, play more of their music and use a real actor or two, maybe with some interactive features. E.g. add a fan blowing for the Let It Be bit, and do a pedestrian crossing photo opportunity for Abbey Road. Bring it to life and we would love to come back. Best bit was The White Room and the replica of Eleanor Rigby’s grave.
