terrible experience - I had worst experience with this company after we arrived Zambia side from Victoria fall town . Bright tried to charge us $40 for 5 mins taxi drive from Zimbabwe border to our hotel Avani resort which normal price is $15-20. When we booked an event with him for over $500 , he required all cash dollar notes must be in 100% perfect condition without any tiny ink or even 1mm cut on each note. I sort of accepted his explanation for the reason, but we spending half an hour to search every dollar note we had with us to meet his requirement in our hotel lobby was awkward, which it was supposed an easy thing handing over cash payment . That was just the first day bad experience. Our 2nd day with this company was even worse. My husband forgot to bring passport to Botswana border therefore he couldn’t attend the day trip to chobe national park. Bright offered to drive him back hotel but asked for $100, which he had no choice only to accepted the price under that circumstance. Another activity my husband booked with him on that day was also over charged after we found the price on the website . Overall, after have been through all of it , we just can’t trust this company and Mr bright .
