Reliable individual transfer for cruisers - Reliable transfer from the Cruise Port to Pisa and back. Employees stood clearly in front of the cruise terminal in their green shirts. Everyone got a suitable sticker for the respective booked tour. Everything was well explained. The transfer started and ended on time. There was no danger of missing the ship.
In addition, we let Giada guide us through Pisa and got insider tips for the best gelato and lunch. Giada was extremely nice and friendly. Her English was impeccable.

Florence trip - We went to Florence from livorno. Superb trip, brilliant value for money great driver and giada the tour operator was fantastic. The cost of the day was about 130 pound compared to nearly 500 pound via the cruise company.

Florence and walking tour - Florence was amazing! Giada was our guide and Lucinao was our driver. Brilliant tour could not fault anything. We did the walking tour of Florence which was incredible and Giada recommended an amazing restaurant at the end of the tour. Such a memorable experience and excellent food and wine.

Alternate cruise trip to Florence - Fantastic double deck coach, very comfortable, great information. Would fully recommend the use of shore excursions if looking for an alternate visit to Florence when cruising.

Hot, stressful - Couldn’t get a bus to Florence until late morning which didn’t leave much time to see what we wanted to see. Quite stressful getting back to the cruise ship on time but our guide was very helpful and got permission to take us straight to port.

Shuttle from the ship to... - Shuttle from the ship to Florence was great. However, when we arrived in Florence, we had to walk a distance to a hop on hop off stop. Didn't know where the closest one was and then waited over an hour to catch one as they did not come very often and when they did, they were full and did not stop. Could not get off to explore. Did the route and walked back to meeting point to catch shuttle back to ship.

A Horrible Experience - The meeting point in Livorno was chaotic, to say the least. Lines for a particular bus crossing through lines for another bus, and so on. It was a mess, and we left Livorno 50 minutes late! We chose this excursion because we can't do a lot of walking. The bus dropped us off FAR from the closest spot we could get on the HoHo bus. When we got there the line was so long that our wait for a bus was going to be close to an hour. So, we decided to walk to the closest thing to see. Our bus back to Livorno had to leave an hour early because there were passengers with us whose ship was leaving earlier than ours, so we had to return early also. All in all, our excursion was cut short by about 2 hours, and we never had a chance to even get on the HoHo bus. A horrible experience and so much money wasted.
