After breakfast, Pick up from Residence/Hotel and drive to Selous game reserve, picnic lunch will be served en-route. We will arrive late afternoon, rest and check in at our hotel before heading to Boat safari until sunset.

Stop At: Selous Game Reserve, Morogoro Tanzania (Duration: 12 hours)

Breakfast is served at the Lodge/ Camp, Morning and afternoon game excursions in the reserve. Walking safari in The morning followed by game drives.

The Selous Game Reserve holds the title of the biggest protected animal reserve in Africa. Acknowledging its unique ecological significance, this immaculate, untouched region earned the designation of a ‘World Heritage Site’ from the United Nations in 1981. Home to diverse ecosystems encompassing lakes, grasslands, Acacia and Miombo woodlands, and riparian forests, this Reserve is the prime conservation zone in Africa. The Reserve’s habitats support Tanzania’s biggest and most essential wildlife populations, including Elephants, Buffaloes, and Wild dogs. Its distinctive landscape is a blend of rolling savannah woodlands, grassland plains, and rocky terrains divided by the Rufiji River and its branches. Memorable game drives along the lake edges, river, and bushes, especially during sunset, enhance this splendid attraction.
