Informative, fun tasting - Boris was a great host! He and the staff at the bar were very welcoming and friendly. Boris provided history of the vines, type of grapes grown, and the regions. We had a wonderful time tasting and learning. We highly recommend it!

Our host Tina was so kind... - Our host Tina was so kind and lovely. She brought closer to us the process of winemaking and charmingly told all interesting stories and anecdotes about each wine. We were positively surprised and intrigued with diversity of wine selection. Kind recommendations for this unusual way of getting to know Slovenia and it`s culture.

Fantastic experience with Boris. Can't recommend Slovenian wines enough! - Brilliant experience sampling some lovely wines with a fantastic guide. Boris was really friendly and did a great job explaining everything. The session was really interactive and we had choices of wine we wanted to try based on our preferences (for the additional wines). I'd recommend this to anyone who likes wine, even if they don't know much about it, like me!

A Slovenian wine experience to remember! - An experience to remember! We're a couple of friends unfamiliar with Slovenian wine, so when we sought an experience to understand and appreciate Slovenian wines, we couldn't have done better than with Boris. His love and passion for the wines of his country were easy to see. A fun moment was when he gave us each a blindfold for a taste test, and I think I need to drink wine like this from now on haha.. We felt that the session was a little rushed, but priceless nonetheless, and definitely recommended. You'll have a great time with the energetic, experienced and upbeat sommelier! Thanks, Boris, for giving us another reason to love Ljubljana!

Brilliant wine tasting - This was a fantastic wine tasting by Tina. We tried 7 wines and there was a bit of a game half way through. Very informative as we knew nothing about Slovenian wines.

Must do in Ljubljana. Superb wines and great host. - The evening was wonderful. Hosted in a 300 year old cellar under a quaint bar next to the river. The setting is amazing and the wines are surprisingly good. Our host Boris is clearly passionate about Slovenian wines and his knowledge is outstanding. He explained all of the wines and the tastings are enough to get a good idea of just how good they are. The optional pairing with chocolate is a must do, as they complement the wines extremely well. The blind tasting of one of the wines is a bit of fun - something I have never tasted before. All together a great couple of hours of tasting wines from an area I was totally unfamiliar with. A must do when in Ljubljana.
