Transfer from Danang to Phong Nha - We had a very comfortable trip. All the planned itinerary were covered with sufficient time given to explore each attraction. The driver was very cordial and accommodating our requirement. I would definitely recommend their services

Safe ride from Hue to Phong Nha with 2 sightseeing stops - Communication with the agency was prompt and efficient after I emailed them asking for a car service to Phong Nha from Hue. They offered to take us to the Hien Long Bridge - Ben Hai River and the La Vang Church along the way. We were interested in starting in the afternoon and wanted to see the Vinh Moc tunnels as well so we asked to see those instead of the church and they were flexible with that request. The company was very responsive on WhatsApp and sent the name of the driver and the license plate info to me prior to the timely pick up. Mr Lieu was our driver - he was so helpful and pleasant. The car was very clean and appeared in great condition and the air condition was excellent. Mr Lieu had bottles of water for us and even some delicious bananas. He was a very safe driver and didn’t even need to look at his phone once for directions. In fact, he never looked at his phone during the drive at all. He took us to the Ben Hai River and took some family pictures for us there as well. We went to the Vinh Moc tunnels which were amazing and a very intense experience. Please be aware that it will be difficult for you to walk thru the tunnels if you have any claustrophobia. We arrived to our hotel in Phong Nha at 7pm after leaving Hue close to 1pm. Would definitely recommend this service and Mr Lieu for a comfortable and pleasant drive.

Highly recommended driver service! - Our driver, Mr. De had a decent command of English and provided us with a very comfortable ride from Danang to Phong Nha. He also kindly stopped by certain scenic spots for photos and recommended yummy food & snacks. Would definitely recommend this service for friends or family in the future!

Just go for it. Look nowhere else for transportation. - Excellent car. Modest, honest and friendly driver. Especially Mr De. Was like a friend to us by end of 2 days trip. Transparent and honest pricing as well.

Wonderful ride to Don Hoi - My driver, Mr. Linh, was wonderful. Here’s why I rate him five star. He drove at a good pace, not too fast, so that I could really see interesting things along the way, not like a bus or train where things are whizzing by and you can’t take pictures. we stopped at all the points of interest, and he explained to me why they were important. he speaks a little English but when a more detailed explanation was needed he did not hesitate to use his translator to type in English so I can understand the importance of each place we stopped at. When we were up in the clouds, that part of the drive, saw a cloud shaped like a dragon. The wind was pushing it down into the valley.it looked like the dragon was visiting the valley. I wanted a picture of this unique thing but I was afraid to climb up on the ledge to take the picture so he climbed up there for me and took a video I would highly recommend if you want a private driver who is going to treat you like you are special ask for Mr. Linh

Mr. Nguyen Hau Private Car and Culture Pham Travel - We arranged two private driver trips with Ms. Linh with Culture Pham Travel. One of the trips was from Phong Nha to Da Nang on 15 February.
Our six hour car journey was supposed to leave at 8:30 from our Phone Nha hotel. Our driver's name was Mr. Nguyen Hau and he was actually early. Mr. Hau loaded or luggage in his car and waited for us to check out. Seeing that we were having trouble at the front desk, he came over to assist us and helped solve the problem with the front desk.
Mr. Hua was a delightful man and overall we enjoyed our trip. We were very impressed with the cleanliness of his car. Mr. Hau was very conversational and my wife enjoyed chatting with him in Vietnamese almost the entire journey. He was friendly, very polite, respectful, and always made sure we were comfortable. He was also a very skillful and careful driver which we appreciated. We would most definitely use Mr. Hau's services in the future and would highly recommend his service.
With respect to Culture Pham Travel, Ms. Linh has provided exceptional service for our travel needs during our time in Vietnam. She was always respectful in her emails, very prompt to return our inquires, and a delight to work with. We highly recommend Ms. Linh and Culture Pham Travel for Vietnam travel!

Mr. De was the best driver ever! - I travelled with Mr. De from Phong Nha to Da Nang, and he was wonderful. In fact, he was the best long-distance driver I have ever ridden with, and I have hired many.
He was very attentive, speaks excellent English, and was very knowledgeable. He was very pleasant company during the day-long trip. I am very happy with his service.
Be sure to ask for Mr. De when you book. You will not be disappointed!

A great drive - Our driver, Mr Linh, arrived on time and was very pleasant along the 5.5 hour drive to Da Nang from Phong Nha. He stopped at a few scenic spots along the way to let us stretch our legs and take some pictures. Overall a great experience!
