Lobuche East presents a challenging exploration even for seasoned hikers, while Island Peak (6,189m) enjoys widespread popularity. Over a 22-day venture, you first journey to Everest Base Camp and Kala Patthar, experiences which not only enrich the trip but also assist in acclimatization. Following this, you reach the peak of Lobuche East and proceed downhill to the Imja Khola Valley, from where you make the ascent to Island Peak.
