Ebike cooperative tour olive oil tasting / pasta making tasting - On holiday in Puglia I was able to participate in two services organized by Rocco and Tours Puglia! It was memorable I loved it! The electric bike tour is very pleasant and we learn a lot of things, Rocco has an excellent French and he gives very technical explanations sometimes it is far from superficial we learn a lot of things, it fascinated me! The scenery is beautiful. The second pasta making service is great too, in a small family business that also makes flour everything is super well explained we touched the flours the bran etc and the workshop is fun and you can then taste its pasta or gnocchi making with good homemade sauce it was top thank you again Rocco! I recommend +++++

Highly recommended - I highly recommend this tour because after a light pedal through the characteristic alleys of Locorotondo we reached an oil mill that has been managed by the same family for many years. It was an interesting visit which ended with the tasting of the oil produced there, all seasoned with family stories. Rocco, passionate guide made the tour very pleasant and fun!
