This tour, led by a South American coffee grading expert and accompanied by our bilingual English/Spanish interpreter, guides participants through a vibrant organic coffee forest in the Andean mountains. It includes a visit to a washed coffee and drying facility within a local fair trade growers’ collective, and concludes at a wholesale tasting room where the grading expert hosts a professional tasting session.
