Great trip - The trip was very worthwhile and I can only recommend it as a day trip from Mumbai. The caves are very impressive and you get a good impression of the landscape.

Great experience with Young Tours company! - I had a great experience with Young Tours. Communications are quick. The Lonavala day tour included stopping by a hill top in Lonavala where you can take lovely photos with a mountain backdrop. I recommend this tour! The guide Kamlesh was very informative.

Highlight of India - Lonavla a highlight of my trip to India because of the Buddhist temple and adjacent Hindu temple with its worshippers. Kamala is a great tour guide- friendly, knowledgeable - and very patient with my mild mobility issues as someone growing older.

tour - Pooja and Ranjit were my guide and driver. They did an excellent job, good English and told me about their life in India. They paid all tolls, my meal and provided water. Would recommend.

Lonovala - Karla & Bhaje Caves, & Lions Point - We had a wonderful 12 hour day to the countryside from Mumbai, starting at dawn. The caves and carvings were amazing and it felt serene and spiritual. It was a fairly strenuous walk up many stone steps to each of the caves in the humid heat, but well worth it, and plenty of places to stop and rest. The caves felt like a cool, refreshing reprieve at the top. The Karla caves have many stalls along the way selling a range of souvenirs for travellers and offerings for worshippers. We had a wonderful guide, who was patient and knowledgeable, and it felt good to know about his charity work and university studies. The driver was careful and safe, despite the hair raising traffic getting out of Mumbai. I liked that this tour company is an NGO that supports female workers and children in the poor areas of Mumbai.

Epic Hill Top adventure - Thank you for a wonderful visit today. Hardik was a very friendly and knowledgeable guide and he explained all the details perfectly. The two caves were fascinating, and the paramonic view of the valley was stunning. We enjoyed the meal at the restaurant and we weren't expecting it to be so good - how wrong we were! It was a special treat to visit the Darshan Chikki business. We bought some of the delicious sweet treats for our friends too! A special shout-out for the driver who looked after us on the road. Overall, it is a thoroughly enjoyable day out and a chance to leave Mumbai and reach out to nature and the great outdoors.

Good experience - The caves and view was beautiful, it was the dry season so not as lush as it would be in the monsoon season. The tour guide Kamlesh was lovely and did his best to liven us up even though the group was very tired.

Impressive Caves, Enjoyable Drive - The caves were impressive, being carved completely out of the mountains with no additions other than some wood ceiling braces. There is not a lot at the hill station considering it is featured in the title of the tour. This is a open area with some food concessions that looks out over the valley. There were also some monkeys there. Our guide, Kamlesh, and driver, Pawan, really made the trip worthwhile. As transportation is in a car and the total travel time is between 6 and 7 hours, you are spending a lot of time together. K was very informative and more than willing to answer our unending questions. We also stopped for lunch in Lonavala and with his help, ordered a delicious meal. Thoroughly enjoyed the trip. Thanks.
