Really glad I went on this tour - The Karla Caves and the Tiger Point lookout are some of the most stunning sights I’ve seen in my entire life.
Aryan and Hassan were always upbeat and on top of things.
Long drive but there was water and snacks provided in the car and chances to stop to use bathrooms and eat at restaurants.

Lonavala & Karla Caves experience - Amazing tour. Everything was perfect. Karla caves are beautiful and has to be on bucket list for Mumbai visit. Hill station views are astonishing. My guide Ali is amazing guy, full of insights and stories and made our journey pleasant and very interesting at the same time.

Well worth a visit to escape the city but avoid Sundays! - We had an amazing day up into the hills around Mumbai - Lonvala Hill Station and Karla Caves. It was extremely busy as it was Sunday and hundreds of people headed out of Mumbai. We certainly experienced traffic gridlock but this all added to the day. We had a great guide - Ali and an amazing driver Shamsher. They both made the day for us and looked after us very well. It was no easy task guiding two seniors up the 400 steps plus to the top of the path to the caves with hundreds and hundreds of people plus temperatures in excess of 31 degrees. But - we made it and it was so worth it. Although we couldn't get into the temple because of the queues the caves were spectacular. They took us to an amazing restaurant in Lonavala and we all had a great curry. The drive up to the top of the hill station was amazing and the views from the top were great - complete with monkeys and camels. Because of the heavy traffic we weren't able to go to all the scheduled stops but what we saw was more than enough to appreciate the beauty of the surroundings.

A great day trip out of Mumbai - Aryan informatively guided and Hasan excellently drove providing an interesting and enjoyable tour of Lonavala. We first visited the Ekvira Devi Temple and Karla Caves which are adjacent to each other. The Buddhist Karla Caves with their ornate prayer hall with a large central stupa surrounded by pillars was stunning. Aryan provided amazing historical details and a thorough understanding of Buddhism.
We stopped at a good restaurant for lunch then continued on to Lions Point for the wonderful views, a visit to Bushni Dam, and a stop at Monkeys Point.
Aryan and Hasan also went out of their way to take me to a special fudge shop that I wanted to visit.

A Fantastic Tour from Mumbai to Pune with Sahil - I had an incredible experience on this tour, thanks to our guide, Sahil. He was excellent—knowledgeable, personable, and full of fascinating insights.
Sahil shared a lot about Mumbai, including details about his life, the customs, and the unique culture of the city. His good understanding of Indian history, religion, and the Karla Caves in Lonavala truly enriched the experience.
One of the highlights was witnessing a vibrant procession at a Hindu temple, which felt like a rare and special glimpse into the local traditions. Sahil also chose a fantastic restaurant for lunchus. Later, he treated me to some local snacks, and we had a wonderfully relaxing time at Tiger Point, enjoying the serene views.
I highly recommend this tour and Sahil as a guide. His expertise and thoughtfulness made it an unforgettable journey!

Great experience - highly recommended! - The tour was well organized and very informative. Our tour guide (Ali) and our driver (JQ) were both accommodating and very knowledgeable on all questions that we asked (i.e history, best shopping areas...). We booked an all day tour and the conversation was free flowing from the start all the way to the end, which I appreciated very much.
Highly recommended for all traveling styles including solo female travelers.

Hill station & heritage Mumbai - Hello,
We had an outstanding experience on this tour, thanks to our driver JK and guide! Our driver navigated smoothly, making us feel safe and relaxed throughout the trip. The tour guide Ali was incredibly knowledgeable and engaging, sharing fascinating insights into each stop while answering all our questions with enthusiasm. Their storytelling brought the sites to life, making the history and culture feel vivid and personal. They also went out of their way to make sure that we were comfortable and enjoying the journey. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better duo to explore with—highly recommend this tour for an unforgettable experience!

Temple cave is impressive. - Karla caves were very impressive. Scenic views were a bit hazy due to the time of year. Our guide Ali and our driver were knowledgeable and personable.
