Very good venue ! - I found everyone really friendly and specially a man called Keith, he was very very helpful and nothing was to much trouble… the girls on the prize desk were nice and when machines didn’t worked they refunded me and were friendly The girl on the bumper cars was on her phone the whole time which don’t look very professional … but over all my 7 yearold twins and me and my friend had a great time Just take plenty of money lol

Fun, but improvement to communication needed. - Arrived at 4.30pm on a Friday afternoon and it wasn't crowded, so was very nice. It wasn't obvious where to collect our ticket/card, but once we found someone, we were directed to the Winners desk to get this activated. The 'park' was clean and lots of fun games. The roller coaster was the highlight. There's a big variety of games to keep you occupied. Online it was advertised as 3 floors, but really it's 2 lower floors and the ground floor was the shop. One floor was for the younger kids and the other for older and adults. It was confusing as some rides, like bumper cars, ferris wheel etc. were closed, with no attendants next to them. Then later we asked a staff and you actually ask them to open it for you. Would have been good if we were told that at the start. After our 2 hours had expired, we went to convert the tickets we had won from the games to prizes, so be shocked to find out we has not won tickets, when obviously we had. This didn't make sense but we were kept told we hadn't collected any tickets. We asked the member of staff by the front door who was very helpful and get to the bottle of this as he saw that it didn't make sense. Nothing was too much for him and he personally went to find out. It turns out that these 2 hour unlimited play package doesn't qualify for tickets, which is fine, but it would be helpful to be told this, so that we did not spend so much time on games that were for winning tickets, like the spinning wheel to land on tickets. Even the staff didn't know this, only the manager knew and hadn't passed the info on. In summary the service from the guy manning the front machine was exceptional, but the centre needs to be more organised and communication could be improved.
