As we explore the markets, you’ll be given the opportunity to touch, smell and taste some of the foods, herbs and spices from all corners of the world.
- Pop Brixton - Here we will sample some great street food from one of the best vendors in the area. The herbs and spices used to prepare their meals have been handed down from generation to generation.
- Brixton Village - This food mecca is a must!!! Within the village lies one of London’s best-kept secrets.
We will visit and have some light bites at this food establishment that is often frequented by celebrities such as Idris Alba, Stormzy etc.
- Brixton - No food tasting would be complete without authentic homemade treats, desserts and cakes…. So to finish off our tour we will visit 2 of the best bakeries in the area.
Here we will sample traditional, freshly made on-site, Caribbean patties (chicken, veg, beef, lamb or fish) and then to a wonderful homemade dessert and cake stall in the heart of the market.
