The vehicles are no older than 5 years, clean, modern, and equipped with the latest satellite navigation system. Your driver will meet you inside the arrival hall, holding a name board for easy identification. They will assist with your luggage and use the latest navigation system with live traffic updates to ensure a smooth journey to your destination.

This private transfer service is also available for travel between hotels in Southampton (port hotels) and Heathrow (airport hotels).

Customers should select their pick-up time carefully and provide all necessary details, such as ship arrival time, during the booking process.

Travel time to the port arrival hall can range from one to three hours, depending on your cabin location.

• Adult pricing applies to all passengers.
• Infant seats are available on request if advised at time of booking.
• Collapsible wheelchairs with removable wheels can be accommodated providing the passenger is accompanied by someone who can assist them board and disembark
• Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable.
• Passengers can request their own pickup time after 60,75,90 and 120 minutes after flight landed time to avoid waiting charges. If we did not recive special instructions in advance, a driver will be dispatched after 60 minutes from flight landed time.
• Waiting charges: 30 minutes free waiting time available from the time you request your pick up time at the Airport. Thereafter £10.00 charge applies for every additional 15 minutes. Cruise port / Hotel / Accommodation pick up : 15 minutes free waiting time available. Waiting charges, last minutes vehicle upgrade charges or Christmas day, Boxing day, New years day 50% surcharge is payable to driver as a cash payment.
• If passengers need more time to get through immigration checks, They must contact us within 40 minutes of joining the line in order of us to keep driver waiting.
• Heathrow Airport meeting point : T2, T3 - In front of Whsmith shop, T4,T5 - In front of Costa cafe
• Cruise Port meeting point : Out side the arrival hall at passenger drop off/pickup point
• Hotel near Airport or Cruise port pickup / drop off available.
