Emotions and kindness - Ms. Tussaud:
On the bottom, full of emotions and varied experiences not "limited" to a series of wax characters. Nice surprises.
On form, benevolence expected that they agreed, without a shadow of a difficulty, to change our tickets since we were wrong date....
London Eye: Interesting panorama of London. Having been able to find tickets at half price, the experience was reasonable from a price/emotion perspective.

Peter Hexham of Drake, New South Wales says 'well worth a visit' - We had heard so much about this place - we are on holiday from Australia - and the kids could not wait to get there. We were not disappointed. The waxworks were incredble and whole experience just wonderful.

Interesting visit to the wax museum... - During our holiday in London we decided to visit the Madame Tussauds museum.
Located in London (GB) along Marylebone Road, north/east of the city, a short walk from the Queen Mary's Rose gardens, easily accessible by public transport (the nearest tube stop is Baker Street).
The multi-level Madame Tussauds offers countless exhibition halls with wax statues of the most famous international musical artists, actors, politicians, sportsmen and members of the English royal family.
At a cost of £20 you can have two pictures taken with the Royal Family by a Pro Photographer and printed in postcard format.
In addition to the waxworks there is a track Attraction (the seats are miniature replicas of London taxis) that introduces the history of Britain in recent centuries (made with extreme attention to detail).
The tour continues with the Hall of Horrors where the story of the notorious serial killer Jack the Ripper is told (a bit raw but well recreated).
In the final part are the rooms made for Marvel with its most iconic and famous characters; there is also a large 4D cinema where a Marvel Universe short is shown.
There is a very well stocked gift shop before leaving the museum.
The route is well organized and carefully studied, there are indications and staff available throughout the visit of the museum.
We bought online a package that included two attractions: an entrance to Madame Tussauds museum and an entrance to the London Eye (with choice of day and time) at a cost of 109 pounds total for two people.
It is highly recommended to book the entrance ticket as it is a very popular Attraction, there are long queues at the entrance.
Sometimes it becomes difficult to observe and photograph wax statues due to the high number of tourists present.
To visit the Madame Tussauds museum at its best it takes a couple of hours.
Recommendation definitely.

Disappointing - I last visited MT over 30 years ago and was completely blown away. I was so eager for my son to see it. I told him that there would be a wax model sitting at the entrance with a newspaper of today’s date, and models up and down the stairs. That the sports section would be crammed with world champions. Well , I was so disappointed, most of them I didn’t know and seemed to be very British focused. The royal family you couldn’t get a proper look as they were more interested in getting the pictures done. I left very despondent having spent well earned (and plenty of South African rands) to buy the ticket.

Very Average, no longer a premium London Attraction - A very average experience on the whole. The ride was great and very nostalgic, and some of the wax works in display were brilliant. That being said, there were a lot of figures that we didn’t have the first idea whom they were meant to be. I must have been asked 15-20 times if I knew who different people were by tourists (I think my British accent gave me away), and I had no clue. The organisation of space was terrible and the biggest let down of the trip. There were way too many people jammed in a small space and no management of this. There were groups of kids causing trouble and no one to ask for help or to solve this. These crowds were difficult as I have recently had a kidney transplant and there was no regard for those with disabilities. In all I would say an average day, not worth a full price ticket, but not bad as an add on. Certainly not one of Lon don’s best attractions like it used to be, which is sad really.

Way too many visitors!! - Way too many visitors!
I'm not one to be claustrophobic, but for the majority of the tour (I say tour because at a museum you can stop and also go back) it was like a human train and at times there where moments where I could have lifted both feet and the pressure from the crowd would have held me up. I'm glad I didn't bring my youngest.
The museum vax figurines are well made, and when possible from the crowd, fun to see.
I wont go again.
