wow - "Madame Tussauds London was an incredible experience! The lifelike wax figures were astonishingly realistic, and it felt like I was rubbing shoulders with celebrities and historical figures. From Hollywood stars to royalty, the variety of figures was impressive. The interactive zones added an element of fun, allowing me to pose for photos and create unforgettable memories. A perfect blend of entertainment and education, suitable for all ages!"I bought a railcard on trainpal and got a 20% discount when I entered the RC777E code! Hope to help those who come to the UK to play~

Great day out - Visited in the summer holidays with my two teenagers. It was very busy, to be expected in the holidays but other than the initial part of the tour, where we could hardly move without bumping into someone, it soon panned out as people starting moving on at different speeds. We always find the wax models amazing. Yes, you have a couple that are a little bit less convincing to their famous counterparts, but the majority are so realistic. The boys love the themed sections like the Star Wars, and my favourite part is the royals and music stars. The 4D experience is pretty cool, too, and a nice break between walking round. A great couple of hours were spent there and well worth a visit.

Lame tourist trap - I got the tickets in a bundle with Sea Life (the VR experience is not included if you get this deal, you can pay it extra on the spot but not much to see anyway so this bundle is good, if you really want to spend money and time in London). There was NO need for fast track. The line was long but moved very fast and there were many people inside but didn’t feel crowded and had no issues in taking photos with all the characters that interested us. I liked the fact that I could change the entry time on the website and that was very useful due to London’s traffic especially because we arrived by Big Bus hop-on, hop-off. Some of the wax figures were cool but the “criminals” area scared the kids and I had no idea it was there or I would have avoided it. The movie in 3D was outdated (the glasses were not very good), but the kids enjoyed it. We now see movies in 4DX so this movie was lame just as it was the ride with a “history” lesson, a grotesque ride that made everyone, kids and adults cringe especially since the commentary made no sense and eventually broke down. But hey there were many places where you could take a good photo for an insane amount of money and many refreshments you could buy. So if you want to visit, bring lots of money or don’t spend an extra dime and just try to get by all the BS they have on display as fast as you can. Both my kids, age 11 and 15 hated this experience, unlucky for us it was the 1st thing we did in London. I didn’t feel comfortable or entertained because it felt like a lame tourist trap.

Buyer beware! - DO NOT buy tickets ahead of time if there is anything you have your heart set on seeing here. No guarantee it will actually be present or operating when you go. Ask about it before you give them your money. I was very disappointed that the Spirit of London ride was "broken down" on the day i bought tickets for. It was my main purpose for going. The chamber of horrors was pretty good. I wish there was more to it. Seems like they removed a lot of exhibits. Theres no Dr Crippin anymore. Just a video of an actor portraying him which kinda defeats the purpose of a wax museum. The Marvel stuff was pretty pointless unless you're a 7 year old. A wax figure of a masked character doesnt make a lot of sense to me. I guess there used to be a lot more actually famous people and historical figures but i wasnt aware of that until reading other disappointed reviews. Im glad i wasn't expecting those or i would have been EVEN MORE disappointed. I didnt mind so much the figures of celebrities i'd never heard of. I expected that. I could resist the urge to vomit on the fake kardashians made of wax (as opposed to the fake kardashians made of plastic?) But when the one thing i was most excited to see was broken, i was so disappointed and really felt ripped off. I gave feedback upon leaving and got an email response which basically said they put a disclaimer when you buy tickets saying that they dont actually have to give you anything for your money. So their lack of customer service was pretty disappointing as well. They basically say "Yeah, we suck. But we never promised to not suck, so our ass is covered. Customers can go eff themselves. We got our money; thats all that matters". Will not be back and not recommending!
