Comfort, precision with schedules and kindness - The convenience of this transport is a fabulous thing, it is true that it is a bit expensive to be worth it, in the end to see the main things there is no cost so you save on visits.

Highly recommended - Just beautiful, smart and cool. It is worth booking the tour by boat, which is all the more fun. We book again with Toot 🙃

Ok but didn’t use our second day - Been on a few hop on and hop off tours this was ok- quite long with a few 15 mins stops which made it longer than it needed to be- the audio was ok and had some ok information a lot of stops were quite far from the tourist area you may want to see. As we were needing to get somewhere else we ended up getting off the bus early and hopping onto the metro as we would be late for our next activity. It did give us some bearings in the city though but I wonder if I would try another company .

Service - Nice tour, but what a terrible drivers! So rude and grumpy to the kids too. They should check this more often and these ask drivers to make a different profession than in tourism!!

Beware of booking Tootbus London Hop On Hop Off - So disappointing, I took my son for this tootbus hop on hop off in London. Besides the bus getting there late, so wasted our time, then it re-routed and not follow what the map shows. When I reached out to them, they told me that it was posted in the Service and Traffic updates. But nowhere when you are booking when you read all the need to know and map that they show and service problems. If I knew then I would have not booked. We would have just walked to the Parliament and Buckingham Palace. Those are very important sites to miss.

Very disappointing service - Really disappointed in the service. Waited around for so long for buses to come along. Other companies buses were far more frequent and probably 3-4 others to our one. Wasted more than half of our day waiting around for a bus or waiting on a bus.

DON’T BOTHER! - Awful - a waste of money. Dreadful commentary Uninterested bored drivers Commentary was not synced to area visited, and gave no directions as to where to look or at what.

Friendly staff, really poor audio - Staff selling tickets & convenience of stops was good, however for anyone who is looking to learn anything about the city - I wouldn't recommend. All of the time on the bus, random pre-recorded information comes up out of sync and "live guide" channel was never on. What made it worst it was random music playing 90% of the time.

Use another company - The Tootbus didn't come for 1.5 hours in the morning. We waited at Kings Cross until men, who worked for other bus companies (no one from Tootbus was there), took pity on us and called Tootbus to ask them when the bus was coming. It was said that there had been bus cancellations. While we were waiting, other bus companys passed by: 3 Busses from Golden Tour Bus, 2 Big Red Busses, 3 London Sightseeing Busses. No Tootbus... One of the men offered us (because my kids looked quite miserable by then) a free bus ride with his company (the Sightseeing-one, thank you so much for beeing kind) when Tootbus finally arrived. On the Tootbus, the quality of the audio was poor. And there was so much music, not much information. The stops were not announced properly, so it was hard to find out, when to get off. Also the WLAN was not working. And one of the drivers sent us to the wrong place to change the busses in the afternoon. We missed the Changing of the Guards at Buckingham Palace in the morning because of the waiting time and in the afternoon we didn't make it to the Natural History Museum in time because we were given the wrong location. After the trip I asked for a partly refund of the ticket costs – but because I buyed the ticket at a plattform, which is not run by Tootbus, Tootbus can't do anything about it – at least this is what they said. Choose another bus company would be my advice now. Last year I used a Big Red Bus, while in London, I really liked the audio there, they are telling quite some interesting stories about the city, the music fits to the stories. And I can also recommend London Sightseeing (for having the nicest persons working at Kings Cross) and this Golden Tour Bus for arriving so often. At least, one good thing at Tootbus, the driver of the bus has been generally friendly.
