Great day out, would definitely do it again! - The last time I did an open top bus tour was back in 2008, and London’s skyline has changed so much since then that this felt completely new. I took my mother and my fiancée out for the day and we all had a great time. Friendly staff in red jackets made it easy to find the right hop-on, hop-off points, the headphone audio tour was clear and informative with great music, and the complimentary ponchos were a thoughtful touch in the rain. A really enjoyable way to see London, and I’d happily do it again.

Infrequent busses - The routes (blue and red) are good overviews of London. The narration is reasonable. The big downside is how tremendously infrequent the busses are. Be prepared to upwards of an hour for a bus to arrive. This messes any scheduling you ma have

Under the moderate - The driver on the blue line from station 26 went to 41. Without telling us and when we told him why he simply said that I was the one who gave this program. The topview people didn't know anything about it and I couldn't do the blue circle. I had to take Uber 15euro to go to my hotel

Dont use... - No time tables... no online info available. The leaflet reads excellent! The actual experience is nothing like it! Time wasted waiting at bus stops for no bus to turn up. Turns out the blue route ran once every hour! How can that be classed as hop on hop off... Ended up walking and taxis.... good job it was on offer. Reading the small print, you'd still not get a refund even if the route was cancelled!!!!

DO NOT USE. TERRIBLE! MISS SOLD! - Booked a 24 hour ticket. Started use at 3pm yesterday, it’s now expired at 0830 next day. Robbing *****. Buses DO NOT run every 10 to 15 minutes as it states, we waited over an hour for our bus. Then it did not stick to the route. Missed out quite a few stops. And when we got on we were told by the driver it was ending at stop 33, and not doing a full route! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

False advertising and poor communication - We chose TopView specifically over other bus companies because the Jack the Ripper walking tour was advertised as an included experience. After purchasing, we learned — only by asking an on-site employee — that the tour was not operating on our selected date, which was also the only day we were in London. This was never disclosed at purchase. The employee we spoke with was rude and curt, which added to the frustration of discovering a key advertised experience was unavailable. Because the walking tour was the deciding factor in choosing TopView, the ticket did not deliver what was advertised. We contacted [email protected] to request a refund and never received a response. Very disappointing lack of transparency and customer service. I would not recommend.

Dishonest Business Practices - Top View Bus Company - Dishonest Business Practices - Top View Bus Company I'm writing to warn others about the Top View Bus Company's deceptive practices. We booked their tour package, which included a visit to a popular London attraction, but it was a huge disappointment. When we asked the driver about our itinerary, we were shocked to find out that their service wasn't available on that route. We had paid a significant amount for the ticket, and our time was wasted. The bus staff were unhelpful and refused to assist us, leaving us stranded. We had to make alternative arrangements, which added extra costs to our trip. The ticket didn't mention any route restrictions, and we weren't informed about this before booking. It's unacceptable and feels like a scam. I strongly advise others to avoid this company and choose a more reliable tour operator. Their customer service is lacking, and they prioritize taking your money over providing the promised service. 1/5 stars - Would not recommend.

Never again. - Not only did Topview mislead us, but we were deliberately misinformed by their own seller. We explicitly asked when the 24-hour ticket would take effect, and the salesman nicely assured us that the time only starts to run as soon as you check in. Sounds neat, right? Well, no. Because it turns out: the ticket started immediately that same day, while we had bought it for the next day. Result: we were standing there with a ticket that had practically expired before we even got close. Also zero on request from the bus driver who wouldn't let us in, was rude to us and called us stupid. As if that wasn't absurd enough, I filed a proper complaint. And what does Topview propose as a “solution”? Now hold on... A free ticket for another day. 1. I'm not there anymore. 2. And to be honest, I'm not shy about having another bad experience. A cloth for bleeding is called that but so thin that you fall right through it. Topview, you have not only wasted our time and money, but also shown that you are not willing to take responsibility for mistakes that come from you. Misleading, unprofessional and totally customer-unfriendly. Until you guys fix this properly: avoid this company. There are plenty of other providers.

Do your home work and stay away from this company. The lack of communication between staff and misinforming we’d site 👎 - Unfortunately I am unable to give a good review about this shambolic hop on hop off bus service. Firstly I have only myself to blame since I should have done my own due diligence and looked up reviews first. But thinking that competition is fair and with all the other business looking for my money I thought wrongly that they would be legit. They lads at Westminster bridge that i bought the tickets off were very convincing but not up front with the information needed. My wife and two sons of 8 and 10 were looking forward to seeing the sights of London which we did see some of but the lack of communication between the bus drivers and the river cruise drivers was nothing short of a joke. None of them knew the correct time that the last boat left either port. And the website sight that the last sailing was 6.30. When got to the port at the Tower of London at 5.30 and it was closed. I can’t blame the drivers since I take it if they had the information they would have given it to us but they knew nothing about when was the last bus running so we had to get a taxi back to our hotel at 6.30 since this hop on hop off didn’t seem to run after that.please do your homework and stay away from this company.
