Visit to London Eye - The staff were incredibly supportive and generous to our family. Our son is Autistic and they went above and beyond to help us have a wonderful time. It was really enjoyable and we’ll never forget it.

A stop that cannot be missed! - Really beautiful city seen from above! A ride on this wonderful Ferris wheel just can not miss if you are in London! The all-glass cabin will allow you to take beautiful photos with Big Ben and Westminster!

Great place to visit - Well worth the money, plenty of space in each pod, and just about the right amount of time from the start to finish. Fantastic views of course

2pm is a great time to go if you're looking for less of a wait. - We booked a last minute, standard tour for 2pm but arrived at 1:30. They let us get into line and we were on within 10 minutes. It was excellent!

Nice, but it was. - Still nice, but certainly nothing to go to. Time and money can certainly be better spent.

2 hours in a queue for a 30 minute ride? - Very bad service mainly due to waiting time. Having a ticket for 18:00 we arrived at 17:50, but boarded only around 19:40. Such a beautiful evening spent in a queue - hot, crowded, having no WC or any other amenities. Just see the photos attached. Having pre-paid a decent amount (150 pounds for my whole family) for specific time slot, I expected to be on schedule. I had other plans for the evening as well which were ruined by the delay. Overall it feels like a tourist trap. There are so many other great things to do in London. I would never recommend anyone to spend an evening like this! Simply not worth it.

Worst place in London - Crowds of tourists are literally being ripped off on a grand scale. Just under 50 euros per person for a good view that you also get for free otherwise. What remains particularly impressive to us is that these many people wanted to get into the gondolas without even thinking how paralized. Tourist hotspot that is second to none. Worse than Oktoberfest! Only for fans of mass tourism, this has nothing to do with London!

Long queues - Huge queues. Don’t be fooled by time on ticket - it’s just the time you can start queueing at! Queued for an hour, chaotic and disorganized.

Not worth it. - It was rubbish. Queuing to queue to queue I would never recommend this to anyone. The shard is approximately the same price and doesn’t have the inordinate queuing; you don’t have to share the experience with strangers you can enjoy the experience together. We had to share the pod we were in with quite a lot of people and due to accessibility issues it was hard to get pictures in the actual views; we also couldn’t hear a thing the voice over was saying because so many people talking so was difficult to understand and we missed the photo opportunity as well. I had a young five year old who was stuck queuing in very hot weather; the system for queuing is utterly chaotic; nowhere when I was booking this experience did it allude to such long and chaotic queues otherwise I would have never booked it because my mum had her hip replaced this year and that amount of standing and walking was not expected. Also for anyone who is thinking “you could have upgraded to fast track” we only knew of that option when we got there and the next available slot was an hour away and we would still be waiting another twenty minutes so for an extra £100(they charge £25 for young children too) we would have only saved 15 mins overall. The whole experience was ruined by all of this l so wanted it to be a special once in a lifetime thing but I would never tell anyone to do it that visits here

Stuck but still following instructions. - We were Stuck for some time. Now please understand that getting stuck due to technical difficulties is always a possibility on these kinds of things and the view was nice so there are worse places to get stranded. The air conditioning was working so that’s a plus. However the psychological torture they put us through was absolutely terrible. There are audio recordings that play based on your position in eye. And we were stranded at “okay our flight is almost over. So please make sure you take everything with you when you leave. We really hope you enjoyed being part of London’s skyline, and we’d love to hear about your trip. So please rate us on TripAdvisor.” It played on loop for the entire time we were stuck. It stopped twice when they made announcements. Which was a relief. But then they tried to make announcements for emergency instructions and we couldn’t understand what they were saying. I’m actually still stuck while writing this. And being told repeatedly to rate us on TripAdvisor has worked.
