Big bus tour bus in London - Teresa Vassell provided us the best tour. She showed an interest in us and made us feel so welcome. There are several Tour bus companies so make sure you pick based off service and availability. Thanks to Teresa we will book again on BIG Bus.

Night tour. - Went on bus Friday 9th of August. Jim was our guide and was easy to listen to and totally informative. The tour was well worth the money and we were able to see places we'd perhaps not see adequately on foot. If you are looking for somewhere in particular then the bus is a good way of finding your bearings so that you know where places are located.

A good overview of London - The evening bus tour allowed you to see all famous areas in London in 2 hours. The tour was recorded despite the previous reviews stating it was live. I would have preferred a live tour guide because there were some buildings and landmarks that were not mentioned during the recording. Although it was nice to the the buildings lit up, I probably would've enjoyed this tour during the day. The staff were nice.

A must do - Great commentary! Sat upstairs! Loved the river cruise part of it. The commentary was hillarious! We ended up getting an uber to the trafalgar pub in greenwich the next day!

Don't do the night tour - Our tour was interrupted by the closing of several streets in London. None of it made any sense, but our tour guide basically told us someone must have dies in order for them to close the streets like they did. We ended up seeing hardly anything and were on the bus for an hour longer than planned because we couldn't get back to where we needed to be. It was a disaster. I reached out to the company for a refund and they wanted me to send them my bank account information. NO WAY! They should be able to refund the card I used to purchase the tickets. Total SCAM!

Need money back for cancelled booking - I cancelled my booking but the company still withdrew money from my account for the full price. It is very difficult to contact the correct person to get my money back

Booking Cancellation Issue. - Did not go. I am in Los Angeles and not going t be in London until Sept. Booked through TripAdvisor and truly thought they had my dates in there. Booked the wrong month by accident. Listing says, "For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours in advance of the start date of the experience."
Caught the error right away. However, when I try to cancel, I am asked if I'd rather edit. Well yes, but then it says I cannot. So I try to cancel but am told there is 100%cancellation penalty. I guess that is because I am now less than 24hrs from when they booked me. Got Confirmation #: 1556270345

Need my money back so I can book September 18.
