Sight seeing cruise along Thames - Fantastic trip. Fantastic crew, with special mention to Bill, "crew member not tour guide", who gave such insight to the things along the Thames in such an entertaining way.

Theatre weekend away. - The young man who did the commentary was very good, and funny. £20.50 for 2 hr cruise up to Greenwich cheap I thought. There is a bar & toilets, the woman on the bar could do with smiling.

A "Must Do" River Cruise! - This tour was one of the major highlights of our trip to the UK! The tour guides providing commentary (I think their names were Joe & Greg) were not only informative, they were hysterically entertaining! We decided to take the full loop on the cruise instead of hopping on and off--it took a couple of hours from start to finish but it was worth it! The crew were so friendly and we particularly appreciated Brooke, Dermot, Mario, and Ramon--they gave us some great local spots to check out! Our 2 year old daughter especially enjoyed Brooke and even hugged her when it was time to say goodbye--a true testament to what a great team they have on board.

Best money spent in London - Best money ever spent fantastic day Our experience started at check super friendly staff really helpful onboard staff were really friendly as well well stocked cafe bar and table service once on the water our experience really began super knowledgable Lee was telling us everything we saw really knew the water and history of the river photograph opportunities every where will definitely return for another day

Great day out - Hopped off at Greenwich, and really enjoyed the market. Great commentary. Lovely day out. Was impressed with the care I was given getting on and off.. ( I am disabled and use a walker)

A plain cruise - We were disappointed with the cruise. It is not a hop-on hop-off in the true sense of the word because when we arrived in Greenwich, we were told that the last boat back would leave in 20 minutes and there would be no more boats (at 4:20 PM!!!). The boat has only 4 stops, and the cruise is incredibly slow. So, if you just want to ride on the river, it might be okay, but it definitely does not work as a hop-on hop-off service.

timetable is incorrect! - Went off the timetable on their site only to find it is incorrect. Got stranded at Tower pier because after 5.15pm there was no more cruises yet on the website it clearly says last trip is 6.55pm, no other choice but to pay £40 for a taxi i didn't need, stay well away!

Avoid this company - Nothing wrong with the hop on hop off offering. However, I started to receive junk email from them on a regular basis despite unsubscribing on many occasions. This has become a real nuisance to the extent that I would suggest avoiding like the plague and book with someone else.

Poor poor poor - Told to be at Westminster pier for 4pm. When arrived at 15:50 told to go to London eye pier across the river. Rushed across to find that the boat was one hour late and would not return from Greenwich so in summary enjoyed a 10 min dash across Westminster bridge to stand in a queue for an hour for a half hour boat trip.. Crap
